Guy pushes Beheerman back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
A right handed body shot lands from Guy.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Guy.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Guy works on Beheerman's body with a couple of short punches.
Beheerman is breathing heavily.

Guy digs a right hand underneath Beheerman's ribcage. Beheerman let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Still in the clinch, Guy scores with a nice short uppercut.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Guy wants to stand and escape but instead Beheerman has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Beheerman is trying to drag Guy to the mat but Guy just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Beheerman has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Guy is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black lands with a nice combination. Bruwer backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Kevin Bruwer has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Black.
Bruwer throwing a counter right hand but Black manages to avoid it.
Black throws a combination. Bruwer tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Bruwer tries to keep at a distance but Black has taken the fight into the clinch.

Bruwer breaks the clinch.

Black gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bruwer to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bruwer drops back, looking for a kneebar! Black looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Black looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Black!


Black decides to stand up, so the ref orders Bruwer to his feet.

Black is in a bad position with Bruwer working for a choke. Black manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.

A close second round but Morris Black will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Black working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bruwer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bruwer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Morris Black comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Black has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Kras gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Joubert regains guard.
Kras not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Joubert can't keep his opponent in guard - Kras advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Kras lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Vernon's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Simone connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Vernon scrambles back to his feet.
Vernon misses with a takedown attempt - Simone sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kaleb Vernon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simone bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vernon's head backwards.

Simone clobbers Vernon with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Vernon is still on wobbly legs! Can Simone finish him?
Simone knocks out Vernon with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Simone before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Simone picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Redface Simone!
Redface Simone opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
