Diaz fails to pull guard.

Diaz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Elf dives in and grabs Diaz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes down on Elf's head and hops out.
Diaz throws a big counter combination but Elf scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.#CL2#
Elf closes the distance and pushes Diaz back into the cage.#BC2#
Elf breaks from the clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Diaz.
Elf tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Diaz swivels and escapes.
Diaz shoots in but Elf avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ty Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Elf takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Elf postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Diaz covers up, he's hurt! Elf keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Elf and the ref steps in to end the fight! Elf can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Haney has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Bond is on him like a limpet, forcing Haney back against the cage.
