Smutni fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Joelzin sprawls well initially but Smutni persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Joelzin tries to roll over but Smutni keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2#
Joelzin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Smutni pulls his head out easily.

Joelzin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Smutni is working away from the top position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
