Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Joey Karate (ranked 3364 p4p, 405 weight class) and Minobu Kurita (ranked 4805 p4p, 512 weight class). Karate comes to the ring accompanied by Shot Em'. Kurita is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Game of Thrones. Minobu Kurita told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Jacobs drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jacobs definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Jacobs drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Parker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jacobs has Parker in his guard.


Jacobs had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Parker defends it easily.
Parker controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jacobs on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jacobs tries to get out of the position.
