Tanner comes to the ring accompanied by The Realest - Issues. Victor Tellegio told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I think O Donno might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Make Some Noise - Beastie Boys. Icky comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Far From Any Road kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Jacobs shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

It looks like Randy Jacobs has been cut.
Jacobs shoots in looking for a takedown but Gooding manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jacobs's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gooding throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jacobs on the side of the head.

Gooding looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Jacobs. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jacobs gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Gooding gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
