Somwan stuns Tourney with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Tourney is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tourney throws a combination. Somwan tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Somwan swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Tourney counters with a huge left! Somwan is in big trouble! He's backing up but Tourney isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Somwan from any more damage. A dominating finish by Tourney!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Island Tourney!
A relieved looking Island Tourney thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
