It looks like Em Em has been cut.
Jr darts in looking for a takedown but Em gets double underhooks and turns Jr into the cage.
Em drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jr sprawls and moves away.#CL2#
Jr gets a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#BC2#
Jr breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Jr feints and as Em raises his hands in defense, Jr changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Jr seems to be working for a kimura but Em defends the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Em has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jr is working away from the top position though.
Em moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Em will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#SUB#
Em had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jr defends it easily.#T2#

Let's hope that Jr has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Em wants to sweep here but Jr controlling him for the moment.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.#T4#
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Em swivels though and keeps the full guard. #REF3#
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Jr fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Em feinted with a counter takedown.
A head kick misses from Jr.
Jr throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Jr is looking to take this one to the mat.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Em has control of Jr's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jr regains control of the situation pretty easily.
