Strong manages to break the clinch.
Pen slaps away a takedown attempt from Strong, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Pen changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.#TD2#
Pen shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Strong manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.#ES#
Strong is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Pen presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. #TD2#
Pen turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Pen manages to end up in side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Strong pushes a forearm under Pen's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Pen is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
