Nice sprawl there from Mccarthy as Ferg shoots in.
Mccarthy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ferg paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mccarthy buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Ferg swats away the attempt to clinch by Mccarthy.
Ferg lands with an uppercut that bounces Mccarthy off the cage and back into range.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ferg is defended easily by Mccarthy.
Tony Ferg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
