Gutierrez creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Jimers with a big uppercut! Jimers tries to clinch up but Gutierrez pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Jimers to the mat! Jimers covers up and Gutierrez unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Smith missing with a left hand there. Sudo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Smith throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sudos head.

Smith drops Sudo with a straight right hand, right on the button! Smith follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Horse closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ramirez did well to prevent Horse getting side control.
Ramirez looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Horse lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ramirez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Horse on the ground.
Horse winds up and cracks Ramirez with a swinging punch to the side of the head. #SUB2#
Horse is working for a submission of some sort. #SUB2#
Horse is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ramirez has managed to free his arm - good work.
Horse is nestled in close to Ramirez, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ramirez has hold of Horse's hands but Horse slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horse seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Ramirez is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Nineteen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Man looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Nice shot lands for Man.
Man scores with a nice right hand.
Man scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Man lands a leg kick that knocks Nineteen off balance momentarily.#CL2#
Man drives through and clinches with Nineteen against the cage.
Man wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Nineteen has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Man avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Nineteen drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Man gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Covid Nineteen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Man wants to break free but Nineteen has control.
Nineteen has Man pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Man manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nineteen connects with a nice short shot to Man's temple.
Nineteen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Man with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. #ES2#

Covid Nineteen was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Man manages to break the clinch.

It looks like Corona Gonna has been cut.
Gonna get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Gonna stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Man runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Old Man!

Smith darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Smith throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Smith fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Smith pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sudo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Sudo tries to clinch but Smith is having none of it.
Sudo is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.
Sudo takes one on the button.
Sudo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
An attempted straight right counter from Smith misses the target.
Smith lands with a right hand.
Sudo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Smith.
Smith uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Sudo has time to react.
Sudo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smith cracks Sudo on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Sudo falls backwards against the cage. Smith follows up with more strikes that drop Sudo to his knees. Smith keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Sudo! This one is all over!
