Hirst dodges the punch combination from Smoove.
Hirst swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Hirst blocks a low kick nicely.
Smoove throws a body kick that misses
and Hirst counters with a stiff right hand.
A shot to the body from Smoove misses
and Hirst counters with a nice uppercut.
Some wild striking there from Smoove.
Smoove tries to land a body kick
and Hirst counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Smoove thinking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hirst drops Smoove with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Smoove looks back up at him and smiles so Hirst waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hirst lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Smoove falls backwards - clearly groggy! Hirst dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Cal stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Gaunce has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Cal manages to get his head free but now Gaunce has transitioned to an armbar! Cal grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Gaunce! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lik connects with a nice short shot to Cal's temple.
