McCocker shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gunn's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

McCocker anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Gunn and secures both hooks! This could be bad! McCocker slips an arm under Gunn chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. McCocker has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. McCocker is squeezing on Gunn like an anaconda would it's prey. Gunn fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
