Stewart dives in for a single leg takedown but Pardo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Pardo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Pardo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Stewart goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Pardo turns into him and now he's in Stewart's guard.

Pardo feints and as Stewart raises his hands in defense, Pardo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB2#
Stewart is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Pardo has his hands clasped together but Stewart extends and breaks Pardo's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Stewart.
