It looked like Tessier was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

We've been hearing reports that Tessier has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Tommy King had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 208.3, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Tiimo Hekoniemi was cancelled.
So, the belt remains unclaimed. Very disappointing for everyone involved!
