It's more than just a grappling gym. Top Strikers and coaches are available to train your fighter. Come spar with the ground specialists and earn your black belt, or level up with your striking!

03 Dec 20 - Sparring

Hey guys thank you for being in the gym! Sparring sessions need at least 2 people to benefit, but 6-8 would be a great number. Please check your fighters that are sparring and join sessions with others. I don't want to set a certain schedule to be flexible so just double check each week your fighter is not alone.

08 Mar 20 - Dojo Rules

6 max grapplers per session.

Please try to have even numbers in each session: 2, 4, 6 grapplers.

Sparring- No more than 10 per session.

Set your fighter to use Vending machine, as we have 160 Q Stamina from Hell's Bells.
