The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sarbinov closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Sarbinov works on Abrahms's body with a couple of short punches. Abrahms landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

It looks like Yuri Sarbinov has been cut. Sarbinov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Abrahms walks away with a smile on his face. Sarbinov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Abrahms shoots in but Sarbinov avoids the takedown attempt easily. Abrahms shoots in but no luck this time. Sarbinov looks to score with a jab to the body but Abrahms is just out of range. Sarbinov lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Sarbinov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Abrahms keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Abrahms looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Sarbinov moves into the clinch. A head punch on the inside from Sarbinov fails to land. Abrahms breaks the clinch.
Abrahms clinches up with Sarbinov and pushes him back against the cage. Sarbinov misses with a body punch.
Abrahms is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Sarbinov is keeping busy. Abrahms seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Sarbinov is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment. Sarbinov misses with a punch on the inside.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sarbinov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sarbinov seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Abrahms in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Abrahms cracks Sarbinov with a solid left hand. Sarbinov is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Abrahms trying to control but Sarbinov is working from the bottom. Abrahms has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Abrahms drops back looking for a leg! Sarbinov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sarbinov manages to kick Abrahms off! Abrahms jumps back into Sarbinov's guard.

Sarbinov ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sarbinov looks to clinch and Abrahms counters with a left and a right that stings Sarbinov. Sarbinov avoids the head kick by Abrahms.
Sarbinov gets the takedown into side control. Sarbinov working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Abrahms is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Sarbinov is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Abrahms will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Sarbinov in side control lands a decent elbow. Sarbinov throws an elbow but Abrahms slips to the side and avoids it well. Sarbinov prevents Abrahms from escaping the position. Abrahms on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Abrahms tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. The strikes coming from Sarbinov are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sarbinov drives through with a takedown into guard. Sarbinov thows a big elbow that misses. Abrahms is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sarbinov is controlling him. Sarbinov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Sarbinov trying to control the position from guard on top but Abrahms is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. He's now in Sarbinov's guard. Nice move by Abrahms! Sarbinov wants to sweep but no luck. Abrahms is fighting to break Sarbinov's control of his arms but Sarbinov is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Sarbinov is working the butterfly guard. Sarbinov is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Abrahms gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Abrahms obliges. Abrahms connects with a nasty looking knee right to Sarbinov's face.

Yuri Sarbinov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Yuri Sarbinov's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sarbinov's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Abrahms wants to get back to his feet but Sarbinov is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Abrahms closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Abrahms looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sarbinov is trying to get back to full guard. Tank Abrahms has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sarbinov is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Abrahms jumps into side control!
And that's the end of the fight! Yuri Sarbinov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Sarbinov winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Howell defending well as Ner loads up on a big left hand. Howell doesn't manage to clinch there - Ner circles away.

Ner takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Ner swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Howell throws a chopping leg kick but Ner manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A jab from Ner misses. Ner misses with a hook. Ner bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Ner throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. A low kick from Howell is predictable there and Ner counters with a straight right hand.

Ner lands with a right to the head. Howell is trying to drag Ner to the mat but Ner just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Ner slowing the pace effectively. A short right hand to the side of the head by Ner. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ner lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Ner stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Ner lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. A nice left hand lands by Ner.

Ner is working Howell over against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vin Ner dominated that round. The cut man is working on Josh Howell's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ner. That's going to slow Howell down. Ner cracks Howell with an open hand slap. Vin Ner seems to be getting the better of the standup. Howell keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ner. Ner tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Howell paws at him with a jab and circles away. Howell takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Good leg kick by Ner there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ner misses with an uppercut. Vin Ner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ner scores with a crisp jab that stopped Howell in his tracks. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ner attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Nice uppercut lands for Ner. That snapped Howell's head back.

That's one minute gone in the round. Howell wants to clinch but Ner slips to the side and Ner counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ner moves out of range as Howell throws a body kick.
Nice jab there from Ner. Ner has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Howell ducks under a wild hook from Ner. Howell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Howell chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ner can pounce on him.

Ner throws out a loose jab but Howell uses good head movement to avoid it. Howell gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ner. Howell uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ner. Ner turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. The fight moves into the clinch position. Ner pushes Howell back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Josh Howell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Foe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charles Manson! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Manson throws a leg kick but Foe checks it. Nice takedown defense from Manson. No joy for Foe on that attempt. No luck for Foe with that takedown attempt. Foe shoots in and drives through. Manson sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Foe. That's going to take a lot out of him. Foe throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Manson sees it coming and avoids it easily. Manson pushes Foe away with a front kick. Foe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Foe fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. No luck for Foe with that takedown attempt. Manson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Manson throws a wild body kick that Foe sees coming a mile off. Manson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Foe is breathing heavily.

Foe drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Manson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Foe has Manson in his guard. Manson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Foe is proving hard to escape from.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foe controls Manson momentarily but Manson frees himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Manson tries to stand but Foe is controlling from the bottom. Foe has his foot on Manson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Manson works his way back into a safe position though. Foe working for submissions but it's allowed Manson to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Manson postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Foe to stand up. No luck for Foe with that takedown attempt. Manson looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Foe is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. A solid body kick from Manson. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Foe scores with a takedown into Manson's guard. Foe might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Foe has gone for a leg lock! Manson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Foe's guard. Foe escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Manson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Manson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Foe bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Manson tries to kick Foe off but Foe keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Foe trying to control from half guard but Manson is working away. Charles Manson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Manson looks like he's trying to stand up.
Joe Foe has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Manson blocking the ground and pound attempt from Foe.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Farmer Lady lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wilde has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wilde and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Wilde blocks a head kick by Farmer Lady.

Nieminen bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Walker working away. Osteri is looking for a sweep. Osteri holding on. Osteri parries the strikes from Walker easily there. Walker is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Osteri to escape.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Osteri is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Walker throws a push kick but Osteri slaps the foot to one side. Walker thows a body shot but no joy. Walker connects with a crisp jab. Osteri steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Walker. Walker keeps the fight on the outside. Walker looks to score with a jab to the body but Osteri is just out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Osteri checks a leg kick. A jab from Walker does it's job there. Walker waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Osteri. Walker throws a jab but it's blocked by Osteri. Jab, jab by Walker - just one landing. Osteri gets in close and instigates a clinch. Walker goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Osteri tries to pull guard but Walker holds him up against the cage and eventually Osteri drops back down to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Osteri is controlling Walker's posture. Walker trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Walker avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Osteri is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Osteri has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Walker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Walker is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Walker with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Markku Osteri dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Walker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Osteri. Osteri takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
