3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Killer Elite! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elite throws a nice looking combination but Shetz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Elite looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Shetz misses with a few strikes there.
Shetz lands a nice looking body kick. Shetz works over Elite's head and body with a nice combination. Shetz keeps Elite at a distance using the push kick. Shetz falls off balance throwing a combination
and Elite counters with a left and a right that stings Shetz. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Shetz throws a right hand that Elite ducks under and follows up with a left that Elite also avoids with ease. Shetz misses with a jab, cross combination.
Shetz fails to land with a series of punches.
Elite avoids a punch combination nicely.
Shetz misses with a wild combination.
Shetz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Elite, pushing him back against the ropes. Shetz breaks from the clinch.
Elite throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Shetz counters with a slapping leg kick. Elite swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Elite looks gassed! Elite throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Shetz counters with a nice kick to the body. Shetz scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Shetz feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Elite's calf. Shetz throws a combination. Elite tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Shetz lands a big head kick that sends Elite tumbling to the mat! Shetz takes a step backwards and waves Elite back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Elite is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Shetz lands with a big right hook that stumbles Elite - he's out on his feet here! Shetz follows up with another monster hook that separates Elite from consciousness! Elite falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Shetz stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spears ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ruas moves away. Ruas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ruas fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Spears lands with a good body shot. Ruas fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Spears avoids it really well and circles away. Spears just misses with a punch to the body.
A shot to the body from Ruas misses and Spears counters by moving into the clinch. Spears lands a body punch. Spears lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ruas or not. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Spears. A right hook to the body lands for Spears.
Ruas tries to pull guard but Spears holds him up against the ropes and eventually Ruas drops back down to his feet.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Bond! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clark Kent! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Bond. Kent does a little dance to reset his feet. Bond lands a really nice looking cross but Kent seems unphased.
Bond could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kent shoots in looking for a takedown. Bond tries to sprawl out of it but Kent keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Bond manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. No luck with that takedown attempt from Kent. No luck with that takedown attempt from Kent. James Bond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clark Kent. Kent shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bond as he avoids it easily. A jab-cross combination lands for Bond and sends Kent crashing to the mat! Bond follows him down to the mat - Kent regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
It looks like Clark Kent has been cut. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. This has been an exciting period of action! Kent is not content to let Bond control the position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Bond looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Kent is staying active underneath Bond, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Kent keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bond. Bond throwing shots but Kent is blocking nicely.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Kent shoots in for a takedown but Bond shows good takedown defense. Nice takedown defense from Bond. No joy for Kent on that attempt. Kent looks gassed! A big right followed by a crushing left from Bond knocks Kent out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jr drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Jr postures up.
Jr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground. Silva keeping full guard, as Jr tries to pass. Jr has gone for a leg lock! Silva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jr's guard. Jr looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Silva has picked Jr up and slammed him! Jr can't keep hold of the triangle and Silva manages to pass to side control! Silva lands a few punches from side control. Silva is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Jr looks calm but he's in trouble here. Silva gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Jr is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Silva lets go of the hold and Jr can pop his arm back in it's socket.

You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Slice. Slice shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Aldave pinned against the cage. Aldave gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Aldave with a poor takedown and Slice counters with a leg kick. Slice misses with a few strikes there.

Slice shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Aldave but Aldave pushes him off and we're back to square one. Slice misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Aldave throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Slice's waist but Slice gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aldave off to one side. Jorge Aldave seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Aldave tries to clinch but Slice moves out of range. Slice misses with a jab, cross combination.

The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Aldave thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Slice's head. Slice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aldave. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Aldave gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Slice looks for a takedown but Aldave sprawls well. Slice doesn't manage to clinch there - Aldave circles away.
Aldave doesn't succeed with the takedown and Slice connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Slice throws a series of punches but Aldave avoids them all with ease. Aldave forces Slice back against the ropes and clinches. Aldave is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though. Slice breaks the clinch.

Aldave closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Slice to the mat! Slice manages to get full guard. Aldave trying to control the position from guard on top but Slice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Aldave has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Slice has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Aldave can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Slice being controlled here, momentarily. Aldave throwing strikes but missing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Aldave won't allow Slice to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron Slice dominated that round. That's time! Aldave's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Aldave shoots for a double leg takedown but Slice sprawls well. He's pushed Aldave's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Aldave closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aldave lands in his opponent's guard. Aldave advances position into side control! Slice manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Aldave looks like he's trying to stand up.
Slice tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Slice has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Aldave works to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aldave keeping full guard, as Slice tries to pass. Slice throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Aldave works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Slice throws and elbow that misses. Aldave uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Slice's guard. Nice move by Aldave! Aldave stands and steps away. Slice gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Aldave decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Aldave is trying to control. Slice wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Aldave moves into full mount! Slice won't be happy about that! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Aldave cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Aldave wants to control the pace but Slice is squirming around nicely. The referee warns Slice that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Aldave is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Slice can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Slice is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Slice is in a horrible position here. Aldave smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Aldave with a couple of short strikes. Slice really wants to buck Aldave off and get back to his feet. Aldave looking to finish Slice with some ground and pound. This is bad for Slice! Aldave can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Slice is looking to escape. Aldave working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Aldave is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Aldave!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chidell tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Castro really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chidell tries to bum rush Castro with a series of wild strikes but Castro uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Chidell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Chidell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Luck Chidell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A punch combination from Chidell misses. Chidell misses with a body shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson shoots in for a takedown but Tinsley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jackson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tinsley can pounce on him.

Jackson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tinsley - the referee stops the clock and Jackson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tinsley. Jackson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Tinsley lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Tinsley feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jackson's calf. A good leg kick by Tinsley. Jackson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tinsley swivels and escapes. Tinsley lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Jackson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Jackson is rocked! Look low, kick high! Tinsley uses the oldest trick in the book to send Jackson tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Tinsley is absolutely delighted - when Jackson wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
