Ross is rocked! Murphy shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Ross takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Murphy sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Ross bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! four throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A big right from four misses. four misses with an uppercut. Nice defenses there by duprat. duprat fails with a takedown attempt. four tried to score with a low kick but duprat checks it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. four throws a jab but it's blocked by duprat. four throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. four shoots in and bounces duprat off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. four trying to control but duprat is working from the bottom. four is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because duprat is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. duprat is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. duprat can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as four controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. duprat preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. four trying to control but duprat is working from the bottom. duprat working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from four.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. four will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. four with a flurry of punches that miss.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. four throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. four working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. four trying to control the position from guard on top but duprat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. four forces his way into half guard. four wants to lay and pray for a moment but duprat keeps working. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. duprat is looking for a sweep. four is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Skinny Boy has been cut. Rugowski slaps away a takedown attempt from Boy, before circling back to the center of the mat. Boy drops his hands momentarily and Rugowski takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Boy tries a low kick but Rugowski avoids it. Boy just misses with a punch to the body.
Boy wants to clinch. Rugowski scores to the head and body with a nice combination! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Boy is looking to clinch but Rugowski is avoiding it.

Rugowski lands a left and a right that send Boy crashing to the mat, dazed. Rugowski thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Rugowski before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Boy!

Hans takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.

Dama throws a sloppy head kick and Hans moves out of range easily. Genki Dama is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hans steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Dama. That one must have hurt. Dama turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Dama throws a jab when Hans was well out of range. A head kick misses from Dama. Dama lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tager throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Olhoffer's waist but Olhoffer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tager off to one side. Olhoffer throws the left hand but Tager avoids the punch easily. Tager instigates a clinch. Tager has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Olhoffer is trying to keep an underhook but Tager manages to get the takedown into half guard. Tager thows a huge punch but Olhoffer dodges it nicely.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yoritsune fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Yoritsune tries to keep at a distance but Thurtz has taken the fight into the clinch. Yoritsune tries to circle away but Thurtz has him pinned against the cage. Yoritsune is trying to break free. Thurtz gets control of Yoritsune's arms and successfully pulls guard. Thurtz will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Yoritsune thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Yoritsune has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Thurtz looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yoritsune is one step ahead there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yoritsune trying to control but Thurtz is working from the bottom. Yoritsune got a little sloppy there for a moment and Thurtz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Yoritsune has managed to get both his arms back between Thurtz's legs - danger averted.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yoritsune controls Thurtz momentarily but Thurtz frees himself. Thurtz looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Yoritsune keeping moving, preventing Thurtz from controlling successfully. Yoritsune might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Yoritsune manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Thurtz manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Yoritsune prevents Thurtz from getting back to his feet. Thurtz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Yoritsune is looking to advance position but Thurtz has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Thurtz controlling from mount. Thurtz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Let's hope that Thurtz has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Yoritsune tries to lock up and control but Thurtz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
