Rainier stuffs the takedown attempt from Hammer. Hammer gets slowly back to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Hall or perhaps it was just good defense by Reese which made him look bad.
Reese looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Reese with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hall to score with a decent uppercut.

Malkavain uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Takana.
Takana takes a swing at Malkavain's ribcage but misses.
Malkavain takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Malkavain fails to land with a series of punches.
Takana falls off balance throwing a combination
and Malkavain counters with a nice body kick.
Takana just misses with a punch to the body.
Takana stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Malkavain.
Malkavain lands a right hook to the body.
Takana is breathing heavily.

Malkavain lands a head kick that stumbles Takana and the fighters go to the mat.

Takana is rocked!

Takana throws his legs up looking for a submission but Malkavain uses it to pass to side control.
Oh Takana is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Takana seems to have got his legs back now.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
