Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chapman gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Daniel White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chapman throws out a token jab with nothing on it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White throws a good cross that connects.

It looks like Sylvio Casamayor has been cut. Rogers lands with a nice combination. Casamayor backs away looking to recover. Rogers scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rogers is looking to clinch but Casamayor is avoiding it.

Sylvio Casamayor's cut is getting worse. Casamayor throws a series of punches but Rogers moves out of range. Casamayor uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rogers. Rogers dips to his left and cracks Casamayor with an uppercut! Rogers throws a series of punches but Casamayor avoids them all with ease. Casamayor jabbing away but nothing is landing. Rogers feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Casamayor sprawling to the canvas! Casamayor rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rogers finish him?!

Casamayor is breathing heavily. Rogers is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Casamayor flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Casamayor is out cold! Rogers holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Broadfoot is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hede Hede pulls his head out easily. Hede Hede frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hede Hede is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dowling swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Czolgosz can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Dowling is looking to escape. Dowling is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Czolgosz has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Dowling's face.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Czolgosz is working for a guillotine from mount but Dowling frees his head quite easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wise ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Veli moves away. Wise fails in his attempt to clinch. Veli closes the distance and clinches. Wise throws a punch but it's blocked by Veli. Wise breaks the clinch.

Veli moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Veli throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Denis Wise has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Veli moves into the clinch. Veli digs a right hand underneath Wise's ribcage. Wise let out a lung full of air as it connected. Wise looks gassed! The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Wise blocking some punches.
Veli manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Burns throws a push kick but The Diamond slaps the foot to one side. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A jab from The Diamond finds it's way through Burns's defenses. The Diamond fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Burns. The Diamond fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Burns looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. The Diamond's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. A big left from Burns misses. The Diamond tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Jason The Diamond is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The Diamond misses with a body kick. Burns misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick misses from Burns. Burns uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from The Diamond. A low kick from Burns is predictable there and The Diamond counters with a nice uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Johny Burns. I think The Diamond has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Turk crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Streicher - the referee stops the clock and Turk gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Streicher. Turk manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Turk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Streicher circles away quickly and effectively. Turk throws a hook but Streicher blocks it. Streicher thows a leg kick but Turk checks it and Turk counters with a series of strikes. Streicher will be more careful next time no doubt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tanner takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Decent striking displayed by Tanner there. Tanner just misses with a punch to the body.
Tanner bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bateman's head backwards. Bateman jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tanner throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bryce Tanner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bateman tries a low kick but Tanner avoids it. A punch combination from Bateman misses. Nice straight punches there by Bateman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bateman. Tanner on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Tanner misses with a wild body shot. Tanner thows a body kick. Bateman tries to catch it but that hurt him. Bateman looks to land a left hand but Tanner moved out of range nicely. Tanner clobbers Bateman with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. It's a brutal combination of punches from Tanner! Bateman is backing up but he can't get away as Tanner lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Bateman and ends the fight. Great knockout.
