The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Montoya closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Montoya takes a body punch but keeps moving. Jacobson looks to land a combination. Montoya sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sparrow gets in close and instigates a clinch. Arnould is looking to break free of the clinch but Sparrow has double underhooks. Sparrow's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sparrow takes the fight into the clinch. Sparrow controlling the action here for a moment.
Arnould changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sparrow fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Arnould could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

It's a sloppy attempt though and Da Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Morgan manages to work his way to half guard, despite Johnson's best efforts. Morgan has his hands clasped together around Johnson's back. He's all about the action. Morgan wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy and won't allow it. Morgan is looking for a sweep. Johnson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Johnson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Morgan is just riding it out for now. Johnson eventually gives up the hold. Morgan slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Morgan looking to hit a scissor sweep but Johnson is one step ahead there. Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Johnson shoots in for a takedown from distance.
