The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quiroz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cortisso. A shot to the liver by Cortisso. Beautiful body shot. Quiroz lands a jab to the nose. Quiroz misses the shot to the body. Quiroz misses with a double jab.

Quiroz stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Nice uppercut lands for Quiroz. That snapped Cortisso's head back.
Quiroz lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Quiroz. Cortisso blocks a head kick by Quiroz.
Quiroz lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Quiroz misses with a looping left. Quiroz scores with the left hand. Cortisso knows he should have avoided that one. Cortisso showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Quiroz.

Quiroz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cortisso looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Cortisso. That's going to take a lot out of him. No joy there for Quiroz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Quiroz getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Cortisso goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Cortisso uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Quiroz. Danga de danga de dang - Quiroz scores with a four punch combination!

Cortisso throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Quiroz. Cortisso has Quiroz up against the cage in a clinch.

Cortisso is rocked! Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Quiroz engages and cracks Cortisso with a massive lead left hook - Cortisso tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Quiroz is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bad misses with a low kick as Pyrrus jumps back. Bad avoids the head kick by Pyrrus.
A low kick from Pyrrus is predictable there and Bad counters with a nice body kick. Bad avoids a kick to the body.
Pyrrus takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bad misses with a takedown attempt - Pyrrus sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Pyrrus takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Bad uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. An inside leg kick lands from Pyrrus. Pyrrus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Pyrrus throws a head kick but Bad moves out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bad looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pyrrus is fending him off so far but Bad persists. Nope, Pyrrus circles away and we're back to standing. Pyrrus on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Pyrrus thuds his shin into the meat of Bad's side. Pyrrus throws a sloppy head kick and Bad counters with an outside leg kick.
Bad shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pyrrus as he jumps to the side. Vitruvius Pyrrus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Bad. Bad looks gassed! Pyrrus buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bad throws an overhand right that lands on Pyrrus's shoulder, as Pyrrus tries to avoid the shot. Pyrrus takes one to the side of the head.
Bad fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pyrrus manages to avoid it. Bad fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Bad throws the left hand but Pyrrus avoids the punch easily. A head kick by Pyrrus misses and Bad counters with a good, hard body kick but Pyrrus shrugs it off. Bad has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Pyrrus throws a sloppy head kick and Bad counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bad fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pyrrus looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Pyrrus keeps the fight on the outside. Pyrrus looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Pyrrus throws a head kick that Bad semi-blocks.
Bad moves out of range as Pyrrus throws a body kick.
Bad shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pyrrus defends it nicely. Pyrrus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bad. Bad doesn't manage to clinch there - Pyrrus circles away.
Pyrrus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pyrrus goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Pyrrus throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bad darts in and clinches Pyrrus up against the cage. A short right from Bad on the inside. Bad lands a body shot in the clinch.
Bad has Pyrrus pressed against the cage, preventing Pyrrus from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Bad prevents Pyrrus from breaking the clinch. Bad breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bad swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Pyrrus throws a low kick but it's checked well by Bad. Vitruvius Pyrrus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pyrrus slips a jab from Bad. A leg kick checked by Pyrrus. Pyrrus gets off balance looking for a body kick enabling Bad to counter with a crisp jab. Bad chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Pyrrus thows a leg kick but Bad checks it and Bad connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Pyrrus bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Pyrrus scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Bad on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pyrrus. Pyrrus obviously looking to wear him down.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A leg kick checked by Pyrrus. Pyrrus takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Pyrrus stuffs the takedown attempt from Bad. Bad gets slowly back to his feet. Bad fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bad looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pyrrus is fending him off so far but Bad persists. Nope, Pyrrus circles away and we're back to standing. Bad throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pyrrus misses with a body kick. Pyrrus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bad avoids the head kick by Pyrrus.
Pyrrus throws a sloppy head kick so Bad counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pyrrus keeping moving, preventing Bad from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Johnny Bad will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Pyrrus attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Bad shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pyrrus as he jumps to the side. Bad just misses with a punch to the body.

The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Pyrrus swings away with a leg kick that misses. Bad moves out of range of the body kick from Pyrrus.

Bad tries to clinch up but Pyrrus circles away and keeps his distance. Bad misses with a leg kick and Pyrrus counters with a low kick, right behind Bad 's knee. Bad takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Vitruvius Pyrrus is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Good work by Bad as he checks the leg kick. Bad takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pyrrus throws a push kick but Bad slaps the foot to one side. Vitruvius Pyrrus is winning the standup battle so far. Pyrrus lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bad's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Pyrrus dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bad. That did some damage! Pyrrus lands a nice looking body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bad checks the leg kick nicely there.
Bad tries to close the distance and clinch but Pyrrus swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Pyrrus tried to score with a low kick but Bad checks it. Pyrrus lands with a nice body kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Pyrrus.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Pyrrus. Bad shrugs it off though. Pyrrus throws a head kick but Bad moves out of range.
Pyrrus thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Bad if he has to take too many more of those.
Pyrrus throws a sloppy head kick and Bad counters with a shoot takedown. Pyrrus fights it but they end up in guard. Bad trying to move into half guard but instead Pyrrus has managed to sweep! Bad tries to land a sweep but no joy. Pyrrus wants to stand but Bad is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pyrrus wants to control from the top but Bad keeps moving. Bad not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bad looking for a sweep. Not yet Bad, not yet. Bad looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Pyrrus puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Bad is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bad is desperately trying to improve his position but Pyrrus has a good base and remains in mount. Bad is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Pyrrus tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Pyrrus manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bad to take his back! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitruvius Pyrrus dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Pyrrus pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Pyrrus throws a head kick but Bad moves out of range.
Pyrrus throws a front kick aimed at Bad's knee but Bad avoids it well. Bad fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Pyrrus sprawls well initially but Bad persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Bad throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Bad looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Pyrrus with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Bad wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pyrrus keeps working. Pyrrus blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bad. Bad takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bad working Pyrrus over with strikes. Bad misses with a head shot. Pyrrus uses the momentum to regain guard. Bad is looking to work some ground and pound but Pyrrus has wrist control. Bad postures up in Pyrrus's guard and throws a big left but Pyrrus blocks it. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bad accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bad wants to control from the top but Pyrrus keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pyrrus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bad on the ground. Bad in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bad passes Pyrrus's left leg - he's now in half guard. Pyrrus is trying to stand up here but Bad is controlling him well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bad throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Bad trying to control from half guard but Pyrrus is working away. Pyrrus avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bad. Bad not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Pyrrus is not content to let Bad control the position. Bad missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bad has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bad missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Bad trying to pass the guard but Pyrrus defending well. Pyrrus wants to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Bad comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Bad has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rodrigues shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Zeus manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Rodrigues is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Zeus tries to land a sweep but no joy. Zeus keeping full guard, as Rodrigues tries to pass. Zeus is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rodrigues trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Zeus had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rodrigues defends it easily. Zeus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rodrigues wants to control from the top but Zeus keeps moving. Zeus controls Rodrigues momentarily but Rodrigues frees himself. Rodrigues must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Zeus wants to stand and escape but Rodrigues is having none of it. Rodrigues stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zeus swivels though and keeps the full guard. Rodrigues stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zeus swivels though and keeps the full guard. Zeus is trying to control the position but Rodrigues postures up. Rodrigues controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Zeus working a defensive guard here.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A punch combination from Zeus misses. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Zeus. Zeus tries to clinch up. Rodrigues fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Zeus sprawls well initially but Rodrigues persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Rodrigues jumps into side control! Rodrigues tries to advance to mount but can't. You can see the frustration on Zeus's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Rodrigues stands up and we're back to a striking position. Zeus misses with a takedown attempt and Rodrigues counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rodrigues. Zeus tries to strike from the bottom.

Rodrigues goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Zeus is on top in guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stern's corner calls for a 1-2. Stern obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Stern throws a shot from downtown. Cheng moves away and avoids it. Stern misses with a two punch combination.

Stern clobbers Cheng with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. A nice combination there by Stern.

Stern takes the fight into the clinch. Cheng pushes off an throws an elbow but Stern leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Cheng's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Cheng is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Stern lands a body shot. A hook to the body from Stern.
Stern lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Stern lands with a short head shot on the inside. Stern scores with an uppercut up the middle. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stern throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Chengs head. Stern managing to block the knees to the body from Cheng.

Stern is holding on to half guard well. Cheng will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Stern wants to improve his position but Cheng is controlling well.

Stern utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Cheng tries to free his leg and advance position but Stern is retaining full guard. Cheng trying to control but Stern is working from the bottom. Cheng won't allow Stern to sweep him here.

Bradley fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Torquemada is out of range. Bradley throws an overhand right that lands on Torquemada's shoulder, as Torquemada tries to avoid the shot. Torquemada drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Torquemada is looking to take a break and control but Bradley is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Torquemada tries to score with some ground and pound. Bradley controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Torquemada wants to free his trapped foot but Bradley is holding on for dear life with his legs. Torquemada looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Torquemada sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Bradley defending well though. Torquemada seems to be working for a kimura but Bradley defends the submission attempt. Torquemada stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bradley swivels though and keeps the full guard. Torquemada trying to control but Bradley is working from the bottom. Bradley can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Torquemada controls the pace. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! OK we're going to have a standup here. Trace Bradley hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Torquemada tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Xavier Torquemada dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Torquemada dives in and grabs Bradley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bradley pushes down on Torquemada's head and hops out. Bradley chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Torquemada staying out of range there. Torquemada uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bradley. Torquemada doesn't manage to clinch there - Bradley circles away.

Torquemada tries to clinch up but Bradley circles away and keeps his distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bradley looks to throw the jab but Torquemada is out of range. Torquemada shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Torquemada was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Torquemada sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
That's one minute gone in the round. Torquemada wants to finish this one by submission but Bradley is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Torquemada. Bradley wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Torquemada.
Torquemada tries to control but Bradley wriggling away. Bradley is trying desperately to improve position. Bradley is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Torquemada throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Torquemada wants to control the pace but Bradley is squirming around nicely. Torquemada controlling the pace for now. Torquemada working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Bradley is desperately trying to improve his position but Torquemada has a good base and remains in mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Torquemada tries to control but Bradley wriggling away. Torquemada sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Torquemada prevents Bradley from getting the reversal. Torquemada scoring with strikes but Bradley is staying in there. Bradley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Torquemada. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Torquemada trying to control but Bradley is having none of it. Torquemada thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Torquemada raining down shots from the mount! Bradley is desperately trying to improve his position but Torquemada has a good base and remains in mount. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Torquemada looking for a guillotine from mount but Bradley is having none of it. Torquemada throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Bradley has his hands clasped together but Torquemada breaks the hold and Bradley is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Torquemada!
