Tyson is looking to take a break and control but Griffen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Braga shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Braga was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Statler is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Hellsing doesn't succeed with the takedown and St Pierre counters with a straight right hand. Hellsing closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. St Pierre is looking for a sweep. Hellsing is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goreman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGuire's waist but McGuire gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Goreman off to one side. McGuire connects with the punch. McGuire dips down and scores with a jab to the body. McGuire scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A decent looking cross lands there for McGuire. McGuire scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Goreman doesn't seem bothered though. McGuire scores with a decent looking hook. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Goreman takes a shot to the body in his stride.
McGuire throws a combination. Goreman tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Goreman looks gassed! McGuire scores with a nice strike. Goreman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McGuire as he jumps to the side. McGuire scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. McGuire lands a right hook to the body.
That kick from McGuire tenderised Goreman's leg. Goreman is trying to keep his angry face on. A jab from McGuire finds it's way through Goreman's defenses. Norman Goreman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice cross by McGuire. McGuire sends Goreman crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McGuire is motioning to the referee to let Goreman up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Lavin is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Slysizzle sees it coming and defends easily. Lavin is trying to work for a kimura but Slysizzle is defending well.
