The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shea misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hands takes a kick to the side of the head. Shea tries to clinch but Hands is having none of it. A head kick misses from Shea. Shea tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hands shoots for a double leg takedown but Shea sprawls well. He's pushed Hands's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Shea throws a sloppy head kick and Hands moves out of range easily.

No joy for Hands on that attempt. Hands chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Shea can pounce on him.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez shoots in and bounces Crump off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Sanchez stops Crump from standing up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sanchez trying to control but Crump is working from the bottom. Sanchez controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sanchez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Sanchez postures up in Crump's guard and throws a big left but Crump blocks it. Sanchez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sanchez working some strikes from top position.

Sanchez thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sanchez trying to control but Crump is working from the bottom. Sanchez is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Crump is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Crump has escaped and now he's on top! Sanchez is trying to keep Crump in close.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Sanchez is looking to stand up but Crump isn't so interested in that idea. Sanchez had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Crump defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Sanchez is looking to sweep but instead, Crump has passed into half guard.

Oscar Sanchez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Sanchez does a little dance to reset his feet. Sanchez looks for a takedown but Crump sprawls well. Sanchez takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sanchez throws a hook to the side of Crump's head but Crump sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Crump throws a looping overhand right but Sanchez ducks down to avoid it. Crump throws a one two combo.
Sanchez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Crump is fending him off so far but Sanchez persists. Nope, Crump circles away and we're back to standing. Sanchez tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Crump counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Crump. Crump with a knee to the head.

Sanchez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Crump tries to clinch but Sanchez moves out of range. Crump throws a head kick that half lands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sanchez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crump but Crump pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sanchez lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Sanchez keeps the fight on the outside. Sanchez dives in and grabs Crump's left leg, looking for a takedown. Crump pushes down on Sanchez's head and hops out. William Crump has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Crump defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sanchez. Sanchez swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Crump. A big right from Sanchez misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crump but Crump pushes him off and we're back to square one. Crump throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sanchez counters with a left to the body. Crump throws a right hand that Sanchez ducks under and follows up with a left that Sanchez also avoids with ease. A head kick by Crump misses and Sanchez counters with a single leg into guard. Crump didn't expect that. Sanchez drops back, looking for a kneebar! Crump looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Crump looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Crump! Crump taking a breather here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crump decides to stand back up. Oscar Sanchez is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Crump avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
William Crump is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A momentary lapse in concentration from Crump enables Sanchez to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Crump manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Crump keeping moving, preventing Sanchez from controlling successfully. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sanchez is stalling in the full guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Maniche. Beautiful body shot. Maniche throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Chiba dodges the punch combination from Maniche.
Maniche cracks Chiba with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Maniche keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Maniche shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Maniche showed some decent athleticism there. Chiba is staying active underneath Maniche, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Maniche wants to advance to full mount but Chiba doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Chiba keeping moving, preventing Maniche from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chiba pulls Maniche in close to prevent any damage. Chiba can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Maniche controls the pace.
