3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brian McGilla! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Noe Moore! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moore is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McGilla. Moore swats away the attempt to clinch by McGilla. Moore tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McGilla swivels and escapes. McGilla slaps away a takedown attempt from Moore, before circling back to the center of the mat. Moore dives in and grabs McGilla's left leg, looking for a takedown. McGilla pushes down on Moore's head and hops out. Brian McGilla has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Noe Moore. Moore throws out a loose jab but McGilla uses good head movement to avoid it. McGilla moves into range and clinches up with Moore. McGilla gets underhooks to prevent Moore's takedown attempt.
McGilla breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
McGilla looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Moore! McGilla stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Moore walks into a left hand. Moore blocks a head kick by McGilla.
Moore loads up on a big right hand but McGilla slips the punch. McGilla throws a quick inside leg kick. Moore looks gassed! McGilla looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! McGilla wants to take a breather but Moore is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore wants to improve his position but McGilla is controlling well.
McGilla slips a nice elbow through Moore's hands, connecting with Moore's forehead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moore tries to get to full guard but McGilla has control of the leg. McGilla is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. McGilla tries to pass the half guard into mount. Moore knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Moore wants to control but McGilla is keeping busy and won't allow it. Moore works his way to full guard. Good work. Moore not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. McGilla stops Moore from standing up. Moore wants to sweep but no luck. Moore is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Moore lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McGilla! McGilla keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Let's hope that Moore has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. McGilla in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. BOOM! Moore connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Moore controlling the position easily from mount. McGilla is trying desperately to improve position. Moore looking to control and managing it successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's one minute gone in the round. McGilla is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Moore trying to mount his opponent but McGilla defends it. McGilla on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McGilla tries to get out of the position. Moore is thwarting McGilla's attempts to control the position. Moore is controlling the pace.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Moore throws a hook but McGilla blocks it. Nice defenses there by McGilla.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Moore bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McGilla's head backwards. McGilla is trying hard to land a takedown here. Moore sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A big right from Moore misses. McGilla pushes Moore up against the cage in a clinch. Moore lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Noe Moore hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Moore misses with a combination
and McGilla counters with a shoot takedown. Moore fights it but they end up in guard. Moore has a closed guard, preventing McGilla from standing up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moore is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moore is on top in guard.
Moore stays in close to McGilla's body and controls the position. McGilla bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Moore's guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Moore is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Moore escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McGilla gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Brian McGilla will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
McGilla takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Moore jabs McGilla right on the nose. McGilla blinks but takes it well. McGilla shoots in and drives through. Moore sprawls well. Moore misses with a hook. Moore with a lazy takedown attempt and McGilla counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Moore will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Moore controls McGilla momentarily but McGilla frees himself. McGilla wants to pass the guard but Moore is keeping the position. Moore looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore is trying to control the position but McGilla postures up. McGilla wants to stand and escape but instead Moore has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. McGilla trying to keep a closed guard but Moore is proving a slippery customer.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Moore cracks McGilla with an open hand slap.

Moore throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Moore fails with the takedown so McGilla counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. McGilla won't allow Moore to sweep him here. McGilla has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moore is on top in guard.

Moore slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Moore stalling. Moore is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for McGilla! Moore controlling the pace for now. Noe Moore has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Brian McGilla is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Moore with good strikes from the mount here!

Bishop throws a big shot that misses. Bishop throws a right hand that Bass ducks under and follows up with a left that Bass also avoids with ease. Bishop fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bass is out of range. Bishop misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bass.
Bass's corner calls for a 1-2. Bass obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Bishop scores with a hook. Bass throws a hook to the side of Bishop's head but Bishop sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Punchers Chance! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Langston! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Langston tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Langston throws a right and a left that Chance avoids nicely. Langston misses with a low kick.
Langston avoids the body shot from Chance.
Chance jabbing away but nothing is landing. Langston uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chance.
Langston will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oooooh!!! Chance has knocked Langston down with a huge combo! Chance steps away and waves a wobbly Langston back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Joe Langston has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Chance throws a looping overhand right but Langston ducks down to avoid it. Chance lands with a big left! Langston is wobbled badly! Chance comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Langston to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Montana keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Montana misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jayd bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Montana swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jayd misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hannah Montana seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jayd connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Jayd uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Montana.
Good leg kick by Jayd there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Nice cross by Montana.
It looks like Charlie Jayd has been cut. Jayd displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Montana throws out the jab. A head kick misses from Montana. Jayd keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Montana lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Jayd tries a head kick but it misses.
Montana misses with a straight right. Montana fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Jayd lands with a slapping head kick. Montana smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Jayd throws the left hand but Montana avoids the punch easily. Montana feints and then cracks Jayd's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Jayd down. Jayd is breathing heavily. Montana listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jayd misses with an uppercut. Montana scores with a decent looking hook. Jayd takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Montana dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Montana connects with a jab.
Charlie Jayd's cut is getting worse. Montana throws a head kick that misses. Charlie Jayd is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jayd takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Jayd defending well as Montana loads up on a big left hand. Montana darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Montana is looking to take a break and control but Jayd is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Montana sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jayd defending well though. Montana is looking to advance position but Jayd won't allow it. Jayd has hold of Montana's hands but Montana slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Montana wants to take a breather but Jayd is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Montana stalling. Jayd blocking the ground and pound attempt from Montana. Montana wants to stand but Jayd has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Montana lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Montana trying to control from half guard but Jayd is working away. Jayd is looking for a sweep. Montana is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Montana thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Montana not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Montana trying to control the action but Jayd is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice strikes from Montana there.
Jeez, Charlie Jayd's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Charlie Jayd's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
