Luras Vart had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Vart swings for the body but Burton moves out of range.
Burton cracks Vart with an open hand slap.
Burton connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Vart's hands.
Vart throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Vart fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Burton is out of range.
Burton cracks a nice hook into Vart's ribs.

Burton might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

BOOM! Burton lands a beautiful left hook that drops Vart. Vart tries to recover but Burton is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Vart lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Royal cracks Mac with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Mac tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Royal pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Mac is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Skate uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jabulani.

Skate gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Skate bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jabulani's guard.
