0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Doris Schankelies! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schankelies drives through with a takedown into guard. JOYCE looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Schankelies throws a big right hand that misses. Schankelies trying to control the position from guard on top but JOYCE is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Schankelies pushes down on JOYCE's leg and manages to get into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schankelies trying to control from half guard but JOYCE is working away. Schankelies trying to mount his opponent but JOYCE defends it. Schankelies is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. JOYCE moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Schankelies tries to close the distance and clinch up but JOYCE swats him away and circles back towards the center. Schankelies scores with a takedown into JOYCE's guard. Schankelies works a leg free and moves into half guard. JOYCE really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. JOYCE tries to roll over but Schankelies keeps him under control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schankelies thows a huge punch but JOYCE dodges it nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Schankelies is trying to land an Americana. Schankelies should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Schankelies working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Schankelies looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! KEITH JOYCE has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A combination from JOYCE does no damage. JOYCE throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Schankelies.
And that's the end of the fight! Doris Schankelies comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Schankelies has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jalinski wants to control but Oneil postures up. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dre fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mac Dre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dre misses with the combination.
Fox fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dre, pushing him back against the cage. Fox ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fox no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Fox has momentary wrist control but Dre slips an elbow through the middle. Fox is trying to keep Dre in close.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Masta throws a head kick but Quickdraw moves out of range.
Quickdraw fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Masta manages to avoid it. Quickdraw closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Quickdraw passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Masta! Quickdraw has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Masta's face.

Masta is nestled in close to Quickdraw, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Masta lands a nice short elbow. Masta is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Quickdraw doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Masta. Quickdraw is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Masta scores with a couple of nice shots. Quickdraw is staying active underneath Masta, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Masta is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Quickdraw goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Quickdraw just misses with a punch to the body.

A close round but Tricksta Masta will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Quickdraw feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Quickdraw decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Quickdraw swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
