6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ryu Nakamura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Zeke! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nakamura shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zeke pinned against the cage. Zeke gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A punch combination from Zeke misses. Zeke ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Nakamura throws a combination that misses and Zeke counters with a three punch combo that has Nakamura backing up. Nakamura nods at Zeke to acknowledge the strikes. Zeke misses with a few strikes there.
Zeke tries a head kick but it misses.
A jab-cross combination lands for Zeke and sends Nakamura crashing to the mat! Zeke follows him down to the mat - Nakamura regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Nakamura is rocked!
It looks like Ryu Nakamura has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nakamura tries to roll over but Zeke keeps him under control. Zeke seems to be looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zeke stands up and beckons Nakamura to join him on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nakamura moves into the clinch successfully.
Nakamura has a couple of punches blocked by Zeke.
Nakamura swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Zeke tries to stall but Nakamura uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Zeke tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nakamura smiles and moves away.
Ryu Nakamura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nakamura changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zeke tries to avoid it but Nakamura manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zeke to the ground. Zeke escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nakamura takes one on the button. Nakamura is breathing heavily. Zeke keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryu Nakamura. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nakamura throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Zeke counters with a two punch combo. Zeke connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Nakamura to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Zeke!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Orbach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Haskins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 155lb limit. Jerry Orbach came in at 157.1 and Kevin Haskins came in at 156.7 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get within the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an impact on the fight. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Orbach, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Orbach lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Haskins backs up against the cage.
It looks like Kevin Haskins has been cut. Haskins shoots in and gets a takedown into Orbach's guard. Haskins drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Orbach manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Haskins has Orbach in his guard. Haskins working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Orbach has passed into half guard!
Haskins is looking to improve his position.
Haskins works his way to full guard. Good work. Haskins is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Orbach frees his head nicely. Oh but Haskins has switched to an armbar! Orbach is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Calhoun keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fedora. Calhoun keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fedora pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Fedora throws a jab but it's blocked by Calhoun. A momentary lapse in concentration from Fedora enables Calhoun to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fedora manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fedora is on top in guard.
Fedora passes easily into side control. Nice work. Calhoun tries to buck Fedora off but Fedora is having none of it. Fedora looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fedora is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Calhoun knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Fedora is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Calhoun has escaped the position, nice work there. Fedora goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Calhoun has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Fedora but great work by Calhoun. Fedora tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Calhoun wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Calhoun postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Fedora bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Calhoun's guard. Calhoun will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Calhoun is fighting it but it looks tight! Fedora pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Calhoun is tapping out - this one is all over!

Snappe's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Snappe closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. That was a close round but I would say that Sizzle Snappe will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Bergkamp is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Snappe with a nice head shot there.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Snappe tries to advance to mount but can't. Bergkamp is not in a great position here, taking some shots. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Snappe in side control, throwing shots but Bergkamp defends. Snappe in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gresham shoots in for a takedown but Takimoto shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Gresham will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
