The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McFly throws a nice looking combination but Omar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. McFly throws a jab but it's blocked by Omar. A big left from McFly misses. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Omar looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McFly is fending him off so far but Omar persists. Nope, McFly circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Omar is defended easily by McFly. Omar showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McFly.
That's one minute gone in the round. McFly cracks Omar with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Nice takedown defense from McFly. No joy for Omar on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pedro Omar. That's going to take a lot out of him. Omar bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. McFly leaves Omar with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

McFly throws a right hand that Omar ducks under and follows up with a left that Omar also avoids with ease. McFly works over Omar's head and body with a nice combination.

Omar fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McFly avoids it really well and circles away. Omar misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marty McFly dominated that round. That's time! Omar's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Omar fails with a takedown attempt. Omar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marty McFly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

McFly sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pedro Omar. That's going to take a lot out of him. Omar moves away from the strike by McFly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duran checks a leg kick. Tabs slaps away a takedown attempt from Duran, before circling back to the center of the mat. Duran misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Tabs throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Duran looks for a takedown but Tabs sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Duran. That's going to take a lot out of him. Duran will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jesus Tabs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Duran tries to sprawl but Tabs drives through with a takedown into half guard. Tabs is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Duran defends it well. Duran has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tabs is working away from the top position though. Tabs is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Duran sees it coming and defends easily. Tabs is working for a kimura but Duran is defending it quite comfortably.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lyle attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Lyle takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Adams ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Adams throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lyle misses with a low kick.
Adams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Adams lands a nice shot to the body.
Lyle slips a straight right by Adams. Lyle ducks under a wild hook from Adams. Adams blocks a head kick by Lyle.

Adams connects with a leg kick. Lyle looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Adams throws a head kick that misses. Lyle avoids the head kick by Adams.

Adams takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Lyle shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Adams sprawls well. Adams wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lyle gets slowly back to his feet. Adams tries a head kick but it misses.
Adams throws a lazy head kick and Lyle counters with a body kick that stops Adams in his tracks momentarily. Lyle throws a sloppy head kick and Adams moves out of range easily. Adams uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lyle has time to react. Adams misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lyle.
Adams scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lyle in his tracks. Lyle delivers a nice body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adams throws a sloppy head kick and Lyle counters with an outside leg kick.
Adams tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Adams is breathing heavily. Lyle takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Adams throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lyle sees it coming and avoids it easily. Good leg kick by Lyle there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lyle. John Adams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Lyle. Lyle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Adams takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Lyle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Lyle goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Adams takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lyle feints and then cracks Adams's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Adams down. Lyle throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Adams has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lyle. No luck for Lyle with that takedown attempt. Lyle lands a high kick!
Lyle plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Adams lands a really nice looking cross but Lyle seems unphased.

Lyle feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Adams's calf. Lyle buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A head kick by Adams misses and Lyle counters with a nice low kick that buckles Adams's knee momentarily. Adams takes a kick to the side of the head. Lyle pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Jon Lyle dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lyle scores with a push kick. A head kick by Adams misses and Lyle counters with a low kick, right behind Adams 's knee. A head kick by Adams misses and Lyle makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. A decent looking body kick lands there for Lyle. Lyle buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lyle connects with a leg kick. Adams looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Both fighters circling a little - Lyle finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Adams blocks a head kick by Lyle.

Lyle shoots in but no luck this time. Lyle throws a head kick that Adams semi-blocks.
Adams avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Adams misses with a combination
and Lyle counters with a nice leg kick. Lyle fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Adams has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lyle connects with a leg kick. Adams looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Adams is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Adams misses with a straight left. Adams throws a head kick that misses and Lyle counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Adams is lucky that one didn't land flush. Lyle tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Adams was well out of range. Poor timing from Lyle. Adams throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Adams throws a head kick that misses and Lyle counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Lyle has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lyle throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Adams. Lyle throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
A head kick misses from Lyle. A head kick by Adams misses and Lyle finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Lyle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Adams throws an overhand right that lands on Lyle's shoulder, as Lyle tries to avoid the shot. Adams punishes Lyle's body with a nice straight punch. A head kick by Adams misses and Lyle counters with a thumping low kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Lyle. Lyle explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. This has been an exciting period of action! Adams blocks a low kick nicely. Lyle thumps Adams with a low kick. Lyle shoots in for a takedown but Adams shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Adams misses with a hook to the body
and Lyle counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Lyle wants to work for an arm triangle but Adams is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Lyle is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Lyle drops an elbow to the side of Adams's head. Lyle trying to mount his opponent but Adams defends it. Lyle thows a huge punch but Adams dodges it nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lyle works his foot free and advances to mount. Lyle has hold of Adams's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Adams manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Lyle moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Adams has worked his arm free - good work by Adams!
Lyle working the ground and pound but Adams is defending the strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lyle working away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adams regains half guard. Lyle working the head and body with strikes. Lyle lands strikes from half guard. Lyle is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Lyle has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Adams defend it? Lyle steps over the head and cranks it - Adams is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lyle!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shade takes a body punch but keeps moving. Shade throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Penn listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Shade throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Penn. Shade lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Penn moves into range and connects with a jab. Penn tries to close the distance and clinch but Shade swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Shade fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Gabe Shade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Penn steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Shade. Shade tries to score with a low kick but Penn moves his leg out of the way. Penn looks to throw the jab but Shade is out of range. Penn just misses with a punch to the body.
Shade throws a chopping leg kick but Penn manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A clash of legs there as Penn blocks the low kick. Shade cracks the inside of Penn's front leg. Shade throws a series of punches but Penn moves out of range. Shade fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shade throws a big shot that misses. Shade misses with a hook. Penn ducked under it nicely. Cassius Penn is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Shade closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Penn to the mat! Penn manages to get full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Shade's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Penn looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Penn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Shade doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Shade manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Penn working for a triangle but Shade defends it easily.

Shade lands a couple of decent looking shots. Penn has momentary wrist control but Shade slips an elbow through the middle. Shade keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Penn's head. Shade throwing strikes from guard but Penn blocks nicely. Shade is in close to Penn's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Penn is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Shade is aware though and is defending well. Shade wants to pass the guard but Penn is keeping the position. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Penn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Shade doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Shade manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Shade throwing strikes but missing. Penn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Shade defends it easily. Shade postures up and lands a big shot to Penn's brow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shade content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Penn has locked up a guillotine! Penn's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Shade is holding on here and Penn must be using up a lot of energy. Shade has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Penn gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
