The bell rings for round one and we are underway! chan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kahric as he jumps to the side. chan wants to clinch up but Kahric keeps it at a distance. chan connects with a body shot. chan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. chan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kahric circles away quickly and effectively. chan swings for the body but Kahric moves out of range.
chan lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Kahric falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). bruce chan!

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eli Cordero! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cordero misses with a hook. Lima ducked under it nicely. Cordero looks to land a left hand but Lima moved out of range nicely. Lima shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cordero's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lima stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cordero swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cordero wants to get back to his feet but Lima is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Cordero keeping full guard, as Lima tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lima looking to control the position here, rather than advance. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Cordero keeping full guard, as Lima tries to pass.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Lima looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cordero is fending him off so far but Lima persists. Nope, Cordero circles away and we're back to standing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Cordero throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lima sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cordero leaves Lima with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Cordero swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Cordero tries to sprawl but Lima drives through with a takedown into half guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Cordero tries to kick Lima off but Lima keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Lima trying to control from Cordero's half guard. Cordero has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Lima wants to control from the top but Cordero keeps moving.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Cordero really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lima. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lima is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Lima is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Cordero is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Cordero has escaped and now he's on top! Lima had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cordero defends it easily.
That's six minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lima has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cordero can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Cordero stopping the sweep attempt from Lima.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lima has his foot on Cordero's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cordero works his way back into a safe position though.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Lima not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Lima is adopting a defensive guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adrian Lima dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Cordero thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lima changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cordero tries to avoid it but Lima manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cordero to the ground. Cordero escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lima tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cordero swivels and escapes. Lima scores with a takedown into Cordero's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lima slips nicely into half guard. Still in half guard, Lima seems content to control. Cordero tries to kick Lima off in order to stand up. Lima Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Lima swings around for an armbar but Cordero sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lima's guard. Lima had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cordero defends it easily. Lima has his foot on Cordero's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cordero works his way back into a safe position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cordero wants to get up but he can't break Lima's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Lima looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hop connects with a body shot. Hop lands a left and a right that send Tsugutsora crashing to the mat, dazed. Hop thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Tsugutsora is rocked!
It looks like Cho Tsugutsora has been cut. Tsugutsora is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hop throws a shot from downtown. Tsugutsora moves away and avoids it. Hop ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Tsugutsora's jaw. Tsugutsora's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Hop does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Sapp misses. Viking changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sapp looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Viking working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Sapp takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Sapp bucks up and tries to throw Viking off but instead Viking has got his back! Sapp is trying to remain composed but Viking is hammering down strikes to the side of his head. Viking thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Viking is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Viking gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Viking gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Viking apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Viking uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sapp. Sapp throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sapp is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Viking showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sapp.

Viking working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Sapp's head. Sapp keeping full guard, as Viking tries to pass.

Brock Viking dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

It looks like Brock Viking has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A swing and a miss from Sapp. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sapp misses with an uppercut. Viking saw that one coming. Viking moves away from the strike by Sapp. A telegraphed right hand from Sapp misses the target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sapp ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Viking moves away. Sapp doesn't manage to clinch there - Viking circles away.
Sapp misses with a straight right. Sapp throws the left hand but Viking avoids the punch easily. Sapp throws a right and a left that Viking avoids nicely. Viking swats away the attempt to clinch by Sapp. Sapp looks to land a right hand but Viking moved out of range. Nice takedown defense from Sapp. No joy for Viking on that attempt. Sapp pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Sapp fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Viking manages to avoid it. Viking moves out of range as Sapp strikes. Viking drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Viking throws a strike aimed at the side of Sapp's head but Sapp avoids it well.

Viking in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Viking misses with the ground and pound. He's got his arms around Sapp's waist but Sapp gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Viking off to one side. Sapp is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Viking. Viking avoids the body shot from Sapp.

Bob Sapp is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sapp throws a hook to the side of Viking's head but Viking sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Sapp bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Viking's head backwards. Sapp throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sapp tries to close the distance and clinch but Viking swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Viking changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sapp tries to avoid it but Viking manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sapp to the ground. Sapp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Brock Viking is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Viking moves forwards but Sapp connects with a nice, crisp jab. Sapp throws a shot from downtown. Viking moves away and avoids it. Sapp thows a body shot but no joy. Sapp tries to clinch but Viking moves out of range. Viking avoids the body shot from Sapp.

Sapp throws a series of punches but Viking moves out of range. Viking uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sapp. Viking avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sapp throws a jab but it's blocked by Viking. Viking uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sapp.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. Sapp throws an overhand right that lands on Viking's shoulder, as Viking tries to avoid the shot. Sapp is looking to clinch. Sapp swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Viking misses with a takedown attempt - Sapp sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sapp misses with a looping left. Sapp throws a looping overhand right but Viking ducks down to avoid it. Viking keeps the fight on the outside. Viking takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Viking avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sapp tries to clinch but Viking is having none of it. Viking circles away from the clinch attempt.
Viking fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Sapp waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Viking.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Sapp misses with a looping left. Sapp throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Viking shoots in and gets a takedown into Sapp's guard. Viking throwing strikes but missing. Viking throws a strike but Sapp rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Sapp has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Viking is proving hard to escape from.
And that's the end of the fight! Bob Sapp comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Sudo sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Sudo pushes Franklin off looking to stand but Franklin dives back in and keeps control.

Franklin performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Franklin wants to stand but Sudo has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Sudo wants to improve his position but Franklin is controlling well.

Franklin is trying to control the action in half guard but Sudo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Franklin seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Shante Franklin wasn't active enough on the ground. Franklin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Franklin connects with a body shot. Sudo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
