The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vashuta misses with a takedown attempt - Sit Hrun sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Vashuta closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sit Hrun circles away. Sit Hrun closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Xan was covering up waiting for the punch and Rama finishes the takedown easily into guard. Rama tries to free his leg and advance position but Xan is retaining full guard. Rama is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Rama passes Xan's left leg - he's now in half guard. Xan makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Xan. Rama postures up.

Brashear has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Reva to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Brashear is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Reva pulls down on the head and he's put Brashear to sleep! This one is all over!
