Kongo throws a low kick, looking for Barnes's leg but Barnes calmly moves out of range.
Barnes jabs at Kongo's body.
Kongo misses with a hook. Barnes ducked under it nicely.
Barnes fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Kongo throws a series of punches but Barnes avoids them all with ease.
Kongo misses with a shot to the body
and Barnes counters with a good low kick that Kongo was not able to check.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Barnes wants to clinch.
Barnes fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Kongo is out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lasse Kongo dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Kongo tries to land a front kick but Barnes steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Barnes scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Barnes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kongo checks the leg kick.
Kongo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Barnes can pounce on him.
Barnes moves into range and connects with a jab.
Barnes changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kongo tries to avoid it but Barnes manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kongo to the ground. Kongo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A shot to the liver by Barnes. Beautiful body shot.
Barnes connects with a leg kick. Kongo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Barnes feints and then cracks Kongo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kongo down.
A nice leg kick lands there from Barnes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Barnes feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kongo's calf.
Barnes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That kick from Barnes tenderised Kongo's leg. Kongo is trying to keep his angry face on.
Kongo is breathing heavily.
A nice combination there by Barnes.
Barnes feints and then cracks Kongo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kongo down.
Barnes jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Barnes throws a leg kick but Kongo sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Barnes lands a body shot.
Barnes looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Barnes lands a big head kick that sends Kongo to the canvas! Barnes follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
