The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Payne takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Dr Payne has been cut. Germanicus throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Payne displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Germanicus throws out the jab. Payne avoids a kick to the body.
Payne's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Germanicus connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Payne scrambles back to his feet. Germanicus connects with a nice cross there... Payne is looking wobbly and Germanicus recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Payne to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Germanicus jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! dos Santos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Digger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. dos Santos gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Digger pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. dos Santos is keeping the position for now. dos Santos controls Digger momentarily but Digger frees himself. Digger tries to free his leg and advance position but dos Santos is retaining full guard. Digger works a leg free and moves into half guard. Digger working the head and body with strikes. Digger takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. dos Santos is trying to control but can't.
Digger is looking for a kimura here.
Digger controlling the pace. dos Santos is trying to maintain the position but Digger is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Digger throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. dos Santos is trying to escape back to his feet but Digger uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Digger lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear dos Santos down.
dos Santos can't do much from the bottom here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! dos Santos is being controlled here. dos Santos sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Digger performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Digger scores with a couple of good hammerfists. dos Santos is looking for a sweep. Digger is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Digger slows the pace down in half guard. Digger passes to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Digger controls the position from side control. Digger works to advance to full mount. dos Santos defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. The referee warns dos Santos that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Digger tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Digger landing strikes from the mount and dos Santos is in trouble! Digger looking to control and managing it successfully. dos Santos wants to control but Digger is having none of it. Digger sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Digger is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. dos Santos can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That's four minutes gone in the round. dos Santos is desperately trying to improve his position but Digger has a good base and remains in mount. Digger lands a heavy elbow. Digger looking to control and managing it successfully. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Digger pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That has opened up Christian dos Santos's cut even more. Digger controlling the pace for now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Digger closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. dos Santos did well to prevent Digger getting side control. dos Santos has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Digger is working away from the top position though. Digger is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Digger content to control rather than advance. dos Santos wants to control but Digger is keeping busy and won't allow it. dos Santos is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Digger is thwarting dos Santos's attempts to control the position. Digger is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Pad Digger has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Digger scores a takedown into full mount! Digger lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
dos Santos tries to control Digger's body but Digger pushes him off. dos Santos squirms to his side and now Digger has his back! Digger looking for the RNC. Digger is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! dos Santos is tapping out! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Axe feints a jab promting Zaremba to slip. Axe then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Zaremba slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Zaremba looks for a takedown but Axe sprawls well. Nice uppercut lands for Axe. That snapped Zaremba's head back.

Zaremba ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Axe pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zaremba wants to clinch up but Axe keeps it at a distance. Zaremba uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Axe. Piotr Zaremba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zaremba moves in looking to clinch but Axe pushes him off. Axe keeps the fight on the outside. Zaremba fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Axe manages to avoid it. Axe misses with a few strikes there.
Axe keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Zaremba tries to close the distance and clinch but Axe swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Zaremba looks for a takedown but Axe sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Piotr Zaremba. That's going to take a lot out of him. Axe scores with a jab. Zaremba acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zaremba is defended easily by Axe. Zaremba looks to land a right hand but Axe moved out of range. Axe jabs at Zaremba's body. Zaremba tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Zaremba ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Axe moves away. Zaremba fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Axe throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Zaremba tries to clinch up but Axe circles away and keeps his distance. Axe moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Zaremba closes the distance and clinches up with Axe, looking for a takedown. Zaremba pushes Axe against the cage but Axe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Zaremba is breathing heavily. Axe scores with a hook to the body. Zaremba takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zaremba has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Axe throws a leg kick but Zaremba checks it. Zaremba takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Zaremba on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Axe connects with a body shot. Sam Axe is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Axe tries to bum rush Zaremba with a series of wild strikes but Zaremba uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Axe connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. A shot to the liver by Axe. Beautiful body shot. Zaremba takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Axe lands a nice shot that snaps Zaremba's head back.
Axe throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Axe connects with a crisp jab. Axe lands a jab. Axe steps in with a hook that catches Zaremba right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Axe follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Zaremba looks absolutely devastated.

Fool tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Abrahms throws a series of punches but Fool moves out of range. Abrahms digs a good body shot into Fool's ribs. Fool looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Abrahms rushes Fool and presses him up against the cage. Abrahms lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Abrahms pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Abrahms keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Abrahms scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Abrahms drops Fool with a beautiful combination! Fool stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Abrahms is looking for the KO!
Fool is rocked! Abrahms is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Fool like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Fool from another fist facial!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nitschke tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Daley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Nitschke looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Daley pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nitschke back to the cage. Daley follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Daley lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Damian Nitschke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Daley keeps the fight on the outside. Daley's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Daley duly obliges. Nitschke takes one on the button. Daley digs a good hook to Nitschke's body.
A right-left combo lands from Daley. Daley keeps the fight on the outside. Daley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Daley lands a jab to the head.
Nitschke misses with a hook. Daley ducked under it nicely. Daley shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Nitschke eats them both and turns towards Daley to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Damian Nitschke has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nice shot lands for Daley. Nitschke walks into a straight right hand from Daley. Daley goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. A shot to the liver by Daley. Beautiful body shot. Daley dips to his left and cracks Nitschke with an uppercut! Daley works over Nitschke's head and body with a nice combination.
Nitschke is rocked! Nitschke gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Nitschke tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Daley is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Nitschke buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Nitschke!! Nitschke is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Daley throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcghee blocks a jab. Pacquiao avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mcghee looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Pacquiao throws a hook to the side of Mcghee's head but Mcghee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Pacquiao throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Pacquiao fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mcghee manages to avoid it. Mcghee moves out of range as Pacquiao strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pacquiao sizes up Mcghee with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Mcghee ducks under a wild hook from Pacquiao. Mcghee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pacquiao swats him away and circles back towards the center. Pacquiao scores with a spinning back kick!

Pacquiao works over Mcghee's head and body with a nice combination. Pacquiao looks to land a body kick but Mcghee moved away. Manny Pacquiao is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mcghee tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Pacquiao is able to avoid easily.

Pacquiao swats away the attempt to clinch by Mcghee. A combination from Pacquiao does no damage. Mcghee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mcghee misses with a head kick.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pacquiao tries to get out of the position. Mcghee is pushing down on Pacquiao's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pacquiao is fighting to maintain full guard but Mcghee has managed to sneak the leg through. Mcghee stops Pacquiao from getting back to his feet.
