7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, henry four! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bishop throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around four's waist but four gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bishop off to one side. four misses with an uppercut. Bishop saw that one coming. four shoots in and gets a takedown into Bishop's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. four throwing strikes from guard but Bishop blocks nicely. four wants to control from the top but Bishop keeps moving. He's now in the guard on the top.

Bishop trying to control the position from guard on top but four is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. four keeping full guard, as Bishop tries to pass. four looking to sweep here. No luck so far. four managing to control the position. Bishop thows a big elbow that misses. Bishop works over four with some ground and pound from guard. four utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Bishop controls from within his opponent's guard.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. four has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bishop controls the pace of the fight for a moment. four keeping full guard, as Bishop tries to pass. four is trying to control the position but Bishop postures up.

four takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Bishop fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
four is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Bishop lands a big elbow. four takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A nice elbow there by Bishop. Bishop lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bryan Bishop overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bishop in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kozlaev goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Kozlaev misses with a body shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Cullen throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Cullen lands a really nice looking cross but Dale seems unphased.

Dale prevents Cullen from escaping the position. Cullen seems to have got his legs back now. Cullen trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

But no, Hitana has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
