The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gabriel stuffs the takedown attempt from Burns. Burns gets slowly back to his feet. Burns will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Gabriel gets a clinch. Gabriel tries to break the clinch but Burns is controlling the position. Burns has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gabriel is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Eli Gabriel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greg Burns. Burns is looking for a takedown up against the cage. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adams scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Adams could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. dew looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Adams trying to control from half guard but dew is working away. Adams wants to free his trapped foot but dew is holding on for dear life with his legs. dew looking for submissions off his back. Adams trying to pass the guard but dew defending well. Adams works his foot free and advances to mount. Adams pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.

Adams steps back and let's dew get back to his feet. Adams looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for dew! dew is trying desperately to improve position. Adams connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adams is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, dew has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. dew tries to get back to half guard but can't. Adams has hold of dew's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and dew manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
dew slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Adams is taking a breather. dew says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Adams works his way into full mount! Adams fails to move to back control. Adams stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. dew takes a kick to the side of the head.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee punishes Azure's body with a nice straight punch. Azure is breathing heavily. Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Azure is just out of range. Lee swings for the body but Azure moves out of range.
Azure slips under a jab from Lee. Lee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Lee swings for the body but Azure moves out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Azure takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lee takes a swing at Azure's ribcage but misses. Azure takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Lee is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Azure rather than just go for the knockout. Lee throws an overhand right that lands on Azure's shoulder, as Azure tries to avoid the shot. Lee throws a good cross that connects.
Lee measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Azure! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kemp throws a hook to the side of Finch's head but Finch sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kemp really is a fat lump. Kemp throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Finch. Kemp is breathing heavily. Kemp ducks right into an uppercut from Finch. Kemp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kemp looks to throw a body kick and Finch counters with a head kick. A lazy body kick from Kemp and Finch counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A head kick by Kemp misses and Finch counters with a straight right hand. Finch scores with a jab. Finch connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kemp. Kemp circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kemp is rocked! Kemp throws a leg kick that is checked and Finch counters with a left and a right... And another left! Kemp is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!

Verbinski misses with a takedown attempt and Rymnes decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Verbinski's guard. Verbinski has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rymnes can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Rymnes thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rymnes trying to control but Verbinski is working from the bottom. Rymnes slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Verbinski tries to buck Rymnes off but Rymnes is having none of it. Verbinski managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Rymnes.
