The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBrain checks a leg kick.
Peippo feints and as McBrain raises his hands in defense, Peippo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Peippo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McBrain is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Peippo, into his guard.
Peippo is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and McBrain defends well.

McBrain is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Peippo has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. McBrain is looking to defend but Peippo has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for McBrain! Peippo pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, McBrain taps out and this one is all over!

Lemieux throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

and Lemieux counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
SnedeKKer drops his hands for a split second and Lemieux immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into SnedeKKer face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Lemieux follows up with a right hand that knocks SnedeKKer into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
