The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Demon looks for a takedown but Powerhouse sprawls well. Demon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Powerhouse bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Powerhouse throwing shots but missing, from side control. Demon is trying to get back to his feet. The strikes coming from Powerhouse are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Powerhouse in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Powerhouse tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Powerhouse has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Demon is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Powerhouse is controlling him well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Powerhouse throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Powerhouse throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Powerhouse postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The ground and pound from Powerhouse seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Powerhouse creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Demon sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Powerhouse misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Powerhouse has control of an arm but Demon manages to advance to Powerhouse's back! Demon trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Powerhouse is trapped and Demon is scoring with shots to the head and body. Powerhouse tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Powerhouse is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Demon landing strikes from the mount. Demon trying to control but he's not successful this time. Demon takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Demon postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Powerhouse looks a forlorn figure.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chaowanungkarn wants to clinch. Hall connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Chaowanungkarn's hands. Hall feints and as Chaowanungkarn raises his hands in defense, Hall changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Hall working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Chaowanungkarn's head. Hall slips nicely into half guard. Hall thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Chaowanungkarn trying to control here.
Hall is looking to advance position but Chaowanungkarn won't allow it. Chaowanungkarn is trying to maintain the position but Hall is very close to passing his half guard. Hall passes to side control.

Hall with good strikes from the mount here! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hall punishing his opponent with strikes.
Chaowanungkarn is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hall lands a big shot there that rocks Chaowanungkarn but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Irene misses. Irene goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Irene throws a sloppy head kick and Reimer moves out of range easily. Reimer digs a good hook to Irene's body.
Irene throws a leg kick but Reimer checks it. Irene throws a jab when Reimer was well out of range. Reimer closes the distance and clinches. Irene wants to get back to striking at distance but Reimer won't allow it.
Irene pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Reimer takes a kick to the side of the head. Reimer avoids the head kick by Irene.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Savage lands a glancing blow to the side of Reardon's head. The fighters circling - Reardon throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Reardon takes a jab right on the kisser.
Savage takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A looping hook to the body misses from Reardon. Savage does a little dance to reset his feet. Reardon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Randy Savage has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Savage misses with an uppercut. Reardon saw that one coming. Reardon throws an overhand right that lands on Savage's shoulder, as Savage tries to avoid the shot. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Savage!
It looks like Hank Reardon has been cut. Savage connects with a body shot. A jab from Reardon misses. Savage throws a leg kick but Reardon checks it. Reardon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Savage. Savage throws a body punch but Reardon moves out of range. Reardon throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Savage cracks Reardon with a right hand to the side of the head. Reardon ducks under a wild hook from Savage. Savage lets loose with a powerful body kick. Reardon will feel that in the morning. Savage lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Savage lands a nice looking body kick. Reardon is breathing heavily. Reardon takes one on the button.

Reardon is rocked! Reardon takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. The fighters circle, before Savage throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Reardon's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Savage lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thunderstruck moves away from the strike by Box. A jab from Box misses. Thunderstruck bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Thunderstruck lands a glancing blow to the side of Box's head.
It looks like Trainer Box has been cut. Box throws the left hand but Thunderstruck avoids the punch easily. Thunderstruck lands a jab to Box's midsection. Thunderstruck swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Thunderstruck throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Box stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Box looks gassed! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Box blocks a head kick by Thunderstruck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kurosaki moves in looking to clinch but Blight pushes him off. Blight dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kurosaki throws a series of punches but Blight avoids them all with ease. Blight thuds his right hand into Kurosaki's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kurosaki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Akio Kurosaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. An inside leg kick lands from Kurosaki. Kurosaki walks into a left hand. A nice leg kick lands there from Blight. Kurosaki wants to clinch up but Blight keeps it at a distance.
