Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manny Cod (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Nickatina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cod kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is All I Do Is Win. Nickatina has chosen Andre Nickatina ~ Blood In My Hair as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Manny Cod has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andre Nickatina! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nickatina drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nickatina tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Cod is not content to let Nickatina control the position. Cod wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Cod knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nickatina on the ground. You can see the frustration on Cod's face as Nickatina controls the position. Nickatina throws a strike aimed at the side of Cod's head but Cod avoids it well. Nickatina trying to control the position but Cod is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cod managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Nickatina.
Cod on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cod tries to get out of the position. Cod struggling a bit here. Cod stops Nickatina from passing to mount. Cod being controlled for a moment. Let's hope that Nickatina has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Nickatina fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Nickatina tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nickatina has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Cod is letting Nickatina control him for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. I looks like Nickatina might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Andre Nickatina wasn't active enough on the ground. Cod gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Cod is breathing heavily. Nickatina controls from within his opponent's guard. Nickatina advances to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well, if Nickatina is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! A chopping leg kick lands by Johnson. Venzor misses with a body kick. Venzor lands a nice looking kick to the body. Johnson takes a step back to recover. Venzor scores with a leg kick.
Venzor has closed the distance and engaged Johnson in a clinch.
Venzor lands a hook that snaps the head of Johnson backwards. Venzor breaks from the clinch.

Venzor looks for the body kick but Johnson saw that one coming. A head kick misses from Venzor. Venzor turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Venzor drops Johnson with a right and a left! Venzor comes rushing in but Johnson regains his composure and manages to keep Venzor in guard.
Johnson is rocked! Johnson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson keeping full guard, as Venzor tries to pass. Venzor is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Johnson on the wrong end of a nice hook. Johnson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Johnson plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! With the two fighters working up against the cage, Johnson just misses with a elbow thrown towards Venzor's brow. Johnson is trying to stall.

Johnson tries to clinch up and Venzor counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Venzor throws a head kick that misses. Johnson misses with a double jab
and Venzor makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Venzor sizes up Johnson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Johnson moves out of range as Venzor throws a body kick.

A lazy body kick attempt from Johnson. Venzor throws a chopping leg kick but Johnson manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Venzor scores with a nice head shot. Johnson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Venzor scores with a one two! Johnson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Venzor clinches up against the cage. Venzor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Venzor throws a nice looking combination but Johnson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Johnson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Venzor.

Johnson wants to clinch but Venzor slips to the side and Venzor counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Johnson swats away the attempt to clinch by Venzor. Venzor lands a lovely overhand right.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Venzor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Venzor has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! black decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. KRAUSE is trying to get back to full guard. black controlling the pace. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if KRAUSE can do anything to dispel that myth. KRAUSE trying to control but black postures up.
black trying to mount his opponent but KRAUSE defends it. KRAUSE is trying to stand up here but black is controlling him well. black wants to take a breather but KRAUSE is having none of it. black is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because KRAUSE is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's one minute gone in the round. KRAUSE keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. black is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
KRAUSE scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but black manages to mount him!
black unloads with some shots from mount but KRAUSE bucks and avoids them well.
black jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… KRAUSE is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by KRAUSE and black has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
black tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. The referee asks black politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. black prefers to stall for the moment though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. black is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. KRAUSE knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. KRAUSE holds on to black's head and controls the position momentarily. black working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. black wants to take a breather but KRAUSE manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for black.
That's three minutes gone in the round. black trying to control the position from guard on top but KRAUSE is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. black drops back looking for a leg! KRAUSE is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and KRAUSE manages to kick black off! black jumps back into KRAUSE's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. KRAUSE tries to land a sweep but no joy. KRAUSE has control of black's left arm, preventing black from doing any damage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. black wants to control from the top but KRAUSE keeps moving. black looking to sit in guard and control but KRAUSE gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like big black has been cut. black fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. KRAUSE connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. A punch combination from black misses. KRAUSE moves into range and connects with a jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! KRAUSE circles away from the clinch attempt.

black cracks a nice hook into KRAUSE's ribs. KRAUSE shoots in for a double leg but black sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. black showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from KRAUSE.
big black is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. black is looking to clinch. black will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. KRAUSE throws a hook but black avoids it easily. KRAUSE is breathing heavily. black throws a series of punches but KRAUSE moves out of range. KRAUSE takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. black throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around KRAUSE's waist but KRAUSE gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing black off to one side. black tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. KRAUSE manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. KRAUSE slaps away a takedown attempt from black, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for big black. That's going to take a lot out of him.

KRAUSE rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but black moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Good standup being displayed there by KRAUSE as he connects with a hook. KRAUSE slaps away a takedown attempt from black, before circling back to the center of the mat. KRAUSE looks for a takedown but black sprawls well. Nice sprawl there from black as KRAUSE shoots in. black shoots in for a double leg but KRAUSE sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. black tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but KRAUSE paws at him with a jab and circles away. KRAUSE throws a series of punches but black moves out of range. KRAUSE swats away the attempt to clinch by black. A jab lands there for KRAUSE. black takes a jab right on the kisser.
KRAUSE is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by black. black feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. black is pushing down on KRAUSE's leg trying to pass to half guard. KRAUSE is fighting to maintain full guard but black has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's two minutes gone in the round. black trying to control the action but KRAUSE is working from the bottom. black is working for a submission of some sort.
Still in half guard, black seems content to control. KRAUSE is concentrating on defense, preventing black from advancing position. black is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. KRAUSE is holding on to half guard well. black tries to pass the half guard into mount. KRAUSE knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. black is trying to control the action in half guard but KRAUSE is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. black seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up because big black just wasn't active enough. A punch lands to the side of black 's head but he takes it in his stride. KRAUSE scores with a decent looking hook. KRAUSE throws a head kick that misses. black paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. KRAUSE scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. KRAUSE scores with a jab to the head.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. KRAUSE's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and KRAUSE duly obliges. Some wild striking there from KRAUSE.
black shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts KRAUSE as he jumps to the side. Some wild striking there from KRAUSE.

Devide KRAUSE showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on big black's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

KRAUSE controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. black controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. black is looking to take a break and control but KRAUSE is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. black is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. KRAUSE knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. black is trying to get an arm triangle but KRAUSE is defending well.

KRAUSE looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Thomas darts in and clinches Beast up against the cage. Thomas drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Beast gets the underhooks and prevents it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis tries to clinch but Zero is having none of it. Zero avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zero jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Vincent Zero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lewis gets tackled into the cage by Zero. Zero maintains the clinch. Zero's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Zero connects with a jab. Lewis misses with a double jab.
