Tesatore shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in De Andreas's guard. De Andreas wants to stand up but Tesatore is controlling him.
Tesatore is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. De Andreas keeping moving, preventing Tesatore from controlling successfully. Tesatore in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tesatore postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
De Andreas scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Tesatore blocks a head kick by De Andreas.

Tesatore shoots for a double leg takedown but De Andreas sprawls well. He's pushed Tesatore's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Joey De Andreas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. De Andreas lands with a big right hook that stumbles Tesatore - he's out on his feet here! De Andreas follows up with another monster hook that separates Tesatore from consciousness! Tesatore falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! De Andreas stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Clegane Rushes Tolrahc and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Tolrahc is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Clegane Piles on the pressure and Tolrahc crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

Marco Arcenti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Arcenti tries to clinch but Calhoun moves out of range. Calhoun cracks Arcenti with an uppercut from hell and Arcenti crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Calhoun's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Good leg kick by Springfield there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Springfield scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Smith doesn't seem bothered though. Smith tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Springfield paws at him with a jab and circles away. No joy there for Springfield, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Springfield postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Smith looks a forlorn figure.

Roll shoots in and bounces Steel off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Roll stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Steel swivels though and keeps the full guard. Roll looking to sit in guard and control but Steel gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Steel slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Roll is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Steel off and has taken his back! Roll misses with an elbow to the head. Steel trying to control the hands but Roll won't let him. Roll is hanging on to Steel's back as he tries to escape.
Steel avoids the strikes from Roll.

Steel is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Roll is staying active. Roll is trying to stick to Steel's back but Steel is turning into Roll. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Roll's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Steel. Roll wants to sweep here but Steel controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roll feints and as Steel raises his hands in defense, Roll changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Steel is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Steel wants to pass to mount but Roll is defending the position. Roll trying to control but Steel postures up.

Steel is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Roll is just riding it out for now. Steel eventually gives up the hold. Steel sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Roll defending well though. Roll is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Roll is breathing heavily.
