Lose Yourself by Eminem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calhoun tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Salita was well out of range. Poor timing from Calhoun.
Salita just misses with a punch to the body.
Calhoun misses with a lunging right hand
and Salita counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Salita in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Calhoun wants to get back to his feet but Salita is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Salita wants to control from the top but Calhoun keeps moving.
Calhoun is striking from the bottom but Salita uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Calhoun pushes Salita off looking to stand but Salita dives back in and keeps control.
Salita is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Calhoun doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Salita.

Salita working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Salita winds up and cracks Calhoun with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Calhoun works his way to full guard. Good work.

Calhoun is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Salita connects with a couple of short punches.

Salita tries to free his leg and advance position but Calhoun is retaining full guard.
Calhoun lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Salita!
Calhoun sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Salita wants to try and get back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Calhoun cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Calhoun loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Salita scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Calhoun land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Calhoun stands and salutes the crowd.
