The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Styyman instigates a clinch. Nice elbow from Styyman. angel successfully pulls guard.
Styyman stands up and waves to angel to follow him. Styyman darts in and clinches angel up against the cage. Styyman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
angel misses with a takedown attempt and Styyman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. angel tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Styyman counters with a crisp one two that drops angel! Styyman thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves angel to his feet! angel is in big trouble!
angel is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Styyman lands with a big right hook that stumbles angel - he's out on his feet here! Styyman follows up with another monster hook that separates angel from consciousness! angel falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Styyman stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Carnitine fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Escobar sprawls well initially but Carnitine persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Escobar pushes Carnitine off and gets back to his feet. Escobar rushes Carnitine and presses him up against the cage. Scrub avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Scrub wants to get back to his feet but Konap is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Scrub throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Scrub wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Scrub is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Konap scores with a couple of nice shots. Konap is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Scrub wants to get back to full guard. Scrub takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Konap missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Konap is keen to just control but Scrub is a slippery customer. Konap is thwarting Scrub's attempts to control the position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scofield shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. The fighters circle momentarily. Zbigniewski darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Zbigniewski looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Zbigniewski moves into the clinch successfully.

Scofield wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zbigniewski keeps working. Scofield controls the position. Zbigniewski is looking to regain half guard here but Scofield keeps moving and retains side control. Zbigniewski wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Scofield has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Zbigniewski's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Zbigniewski is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Scofield!
