The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adebisi throws a combination that misses and El Kullittaja counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Adebisi throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling El Kullittaja to counter with a crisp jab. Adebisi throws a combination that misses and El Kullittaja cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Simon Adebisi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Adebisi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. El Kullittaja tries to avoid it but Adebisi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag El Kullittaja to the ground. El Kullittaja escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Adebisi misses with a double jab
and El Kullittaja counters with a straight right hand. El Kullittaja gets caught flat footed, as Adebisi shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Adebisi looking to pass the guard. Adebisi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for El Kullittaja on the ground. Adebisi looking to sit in guard and control but El Kullittaja gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Adebisi is looking for a triangle here but El Kullittaja uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adebisi is working hard here to advance position.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Adebisi is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on El Kullittaja's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Adebisi is defending against the submission attempts here by El Kullittaja.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGrimshaw shoots and misses and Power counters with a straight right hand. McGrimshaw with a poor takedown and Power connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. McGrimshaw drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Kenny McGrimshaw has been cut. McGrimshaw throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Power closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. McGrimshaw tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Max Power has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenny McGrimshaw. Power has hold of one of McGrimshaw's legs. McGrimshaw is fighting the takedown attempt but Power gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richardson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Richardson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Richardson throws a wild body kick that Couture sees coming a mile off. Richardson throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Couture shoots in and bounces Richardson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Richardson keeping full guard, as Couture tries to pass. Couture wants to control from the top but Richardson keeps moving. Couture stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Richardson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Couture trying to control but Richardson is working from the bottom. Couture tries to free his leg and advance position but Richardson is retaining full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. John Couture wasn't doing enough on the ground. Couture shoots in looking for a takedown. Richardson tries to sprawl out of it but Couture keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Richardson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Couture misses with a takedown attempt and Richardson counters with an outside leg kick.
Ricardo Richardson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Couture is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Richardson.

Richardson knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rivero throws a hook but Puh blocks it. Puh jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
A combination from Puh does no damage. Rivero throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Rivero thumps Puh with a low kick. A head kick by Puh misses and Rivero counters with a low kick, right behind Puh 's knee. Puh closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Puh misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Puh controls the position. Puh working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Rivero tries to escape but Puh is in control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee asks Puh politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Puh prefers to stall for the moment though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Nalle Puh. Puh throws a jab when Rivero was well out of range. Puh closes the distance and clinches. Puh blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Rivero being controlled against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Puh pushes Rivero back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Rivero on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Rivero is defending well for now. Puh stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Lucian Rivero dominated that round. That's time! Puh's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Rivero moves away from the strike by Puh. Puh wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Puh moves to clinch but Rivero breaks away and Rivero counters with a low kick, right behind Puh 's knee. Nalle Puh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Puh throws a sloppy head kick and Rivero counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Puh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rivero paws at him with a jab and circles away. Puh shoots for a double leg takedown but Rivero sprawls well. He's pushed Puh's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Puh thows a leg kick but Rivero checks it and Rivero counters with a nice leg kick. Rivero uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Puh. Puh swinging wildly here.

and Rivero counters with a nice low kick that buckles Puh's knee momentarily. Puh throws a hook but Rivero avoids it easily. Puh is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A big left from Rivero misses. Puh loads up on a big right hand but Rivero slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rivero throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rivero fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Puh. Rivero pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rivero walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Puh checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Rivero circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rivero tries to work over Puh's front leg with a kick but Puh checks it. Puh throws a leg kick and Rivero counters with a low kick, right behind Puh 's knee. Puh tries to clinch up and Rivero counters with a nice low kick that buckles Puh's knee momentarily. The fight moves into the clinch position. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Puh just misses with a elbow thrown towards Rivero's brow. Puh misses with a knee strike.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cummings lands with a straight right. Cannonball didn't see that one coming. Cummings clobbers Cannonball with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Cummings misses with a hook. Cannonball ducked under it nicely. Cannonball tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Cummings throws out a loose jab but Cannonball uses good head movement to avoid it. Cummings avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cummings lands a glancing blow to the side of Cannonball's head. Cummings connects with a single shot there. Cannonball throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cummings counters with a nice low kick that buckles Cannonball's knee momentarily. Cannonball takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cannonball on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Cummings throws out a powerful jab. Cummings scores with a sloppy right hand. Cannonball should have avoided that one. Cummings has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Cummings misses with a series of wild punches.
Cummings bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Cannonball's head. Cannonball has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cannonball there as he acknowledges the shot. Cannonball misses with a few strikes there.

Cummings misses with a left hand and Cannonball counters with a single leg into guard. Cummings didn't expect that. Cummings is looking to stand up but Cannonball isn't so interested in that idea. Cummings keeping moving, preventing Cannonball from controlling successfully. Cannonball in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Cannonball working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Cummings's thigh. Cummings counters though and makes it back to full guard. Cannonball landing some decent shots from guard. Cannonball in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Cannonball trying to control the position from guard on top but Cummings is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cannonball trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cummings keeping moving, preventing Cannonball from controlling successfully. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Cannonball stops Cummings from standing up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cannonball looks to land a combination but Cummings avoids it well. Cannonball is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Cummings's half guard. Cannonball trying to pass the guard but Cummings defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cummings wants to control but Cannonball is keeping busy and won't allow it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Cannonball working the ground and pound.
It looks like Tj Cummings has been cut. Cannonball working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Cummings is not content to let Cannonball control the position. Cummings regains half guard there - taking advantage of Cannonball's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cannonball controlling the pace. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Cummings is trying to stand back up but Cannonball is controlling him
Mr Cannonball has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Cummings keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Cummings tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cummings displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cannonball. Cannonball throws a looping overhand right but Cummings ducks down to avoid it. Cummings shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Cannonball eats them both and turns towards Cummings to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Cannonball shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cummings as he jumps to the side. Tj Cummings seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cummings misses with a head kick.

That could be painful for both fighters. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cummings rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cannonball cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Cummings lands a lovely overhand right.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice straight punches there by Cummings. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Cummings. Cannonball throws a right and a left that both miss. Cummings throws a right hand that misses
and Cannonball counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Cummings! Cummings wants to hold on but Cannonball pushes him away. Cannonball is trying to control here but Cummings has managed to regain half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cannonball missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Cannonball is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Mr Cannonball has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Cannonball throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Cannonball postures up in Cummings's guard and throws a big left but Cummings blocks it.

and Cannonball counters with a nice uppercut. Cummings stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lander on the wrong end of a nice jab. Lander swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Slate. Slate lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Lander throws a nice looking combination but Slate bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Slate misses with an uppercut. Lander saw that one coming. Lander moves away from the strike by Slate. Lander takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Lander takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Slate lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
