Undercard bout

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Beowulf MacDougal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ric Sparkler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think MacDougal might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Gael by Albannach. Sparkler has chosen Walk Like An Egyptian as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Beowulf MacDougal has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Beowulf MacDougal seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Latham shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Latham wants to take Fillman's back but he can't do it this time.

Latham has hold of Fillman's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Fillman manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Fillman tries to reverse the position but Latham maintains control.

Latham's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Fillman is holding on here and Latham must be using up a lot of energy. Fillman has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Latham gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
