The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCann misses with a hook. Clisham ducked under it nicely. McCann misses with a two punch combination.
McCann scores with a shot to the body.
Marlin McCann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McCann fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Clisham manages to avoid it. McCann throws a nice looking combination but Clisham bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Clisham blocks a jab. Clisham takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
No joy there for McCann, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McCann closes the distance looking to clinch and Clisham counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCann is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Clisham trying to control but McCann is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. McCann wants to stand and escape but Clisham is having none of it. McCann on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McCann tries to get out of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCann is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. McCann looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Clisham puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. McCann wants to get back to full guard. Clisham looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McCann has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Clisham is working away from the top position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Marlin McCann will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prower doesn't succeed with the takedown and Ellison counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ellison passes Prower's left leg - he's now in half guard. Prower is trying to get back to full guard. Ellison is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Prower sees it coming and defends easily. Ellison has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Prower defend it? Ellison steps over the head and cranks it - Prower is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ellison!

Heckingstall is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Junakovic in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref stands the fighters back up because Gavin Heckingstall just wasn't active enough. Junakovic throws a left and a right that both miss

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacobson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Reed counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jacobson won't be happy with that. Reed decides to stand back up. Reed uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jacobson.

Raybould lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pain backwards. Raybould throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Pain tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Raybould smiles and moves away.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pain shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Raybould misses with a jab to the body

and Raybould counters with a lovely straight right hand! A jab from Raybould does it's job there. Raybould sizes up Pain with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Raybould misses with a low kick. Raybould misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pain.

Pain lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A head kick misses from Pain. A head kick misses from Pain. Raybould throws a shot from downtown. Pain moves away and avoids it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pain throws a wild body kick that Raybould sees coming a mile off. Raybould moves away from the strike by Pain. Pain misses with a kick to the body and Raybould counters with a straight right hand. Raybould just misses with a punch to the body.

Pain misses with a low kick. Raybould throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Pain counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Raybould throws a jab but it's blocked by Pain. Raybould feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pains jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Pain will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Pain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Max Pain has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kevin Raybould is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Raybould misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pain.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Edward! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Cane nogard! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edward scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Cane nogard has been cut. nogard dodges the punch combination from Edward.
Edward misses with a double jab.
nogard shoots in looking for a takedown but Edward manages to keep the fight standing, pushing nogard's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A telegraphed takedown attempt from nogard is defended easily by Edward. Edward moves into range and connects with a jab. A combination from Edward does no damage. A combination from nogard does no damage. nogard shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Edward as he avoids it easily. Ryan Edward has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cane nogard. Edward with a hook. Edward falls off balance throwing a combination
and nogard counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. nogard trying to control but Edward is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Edward has his feet on nogard's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Edward lands a left and a right that send nogard crashing to the mat, dazed. Edward thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
nogard is rocked! Edward leaves nogard with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. nogard misses with a combination
and Edward counters with a leg kick. nogard looks gassed! nogard takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! nogard takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Edward cracks nogard with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! nogard looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Edward finish him?

That has opened up Cane nogard's cut even more. OH! Edward has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Edward smells blood and charges in for the finish! Edward unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Edward sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
