Penn darts in trying to clinch

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mojaus slips a jab and a cross from Telver.
Telver throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mojaus sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mojaus misses with a straight right.
Telver misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mojaus.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mojaus.
Mojaus lands a nice leg kick that just misses Telver's sensitive parts.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Mojaus lands a high kick to the side of Telver's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Mojaus dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Ty Telver has been cut.
Mojaus is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Mojaus advances position into side control!

Mojaus throws some wild stikes that Telver manages to avoid easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Aimo Mojaus just wasn't active enough.
Telver tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mojaus was well out of range. Poor timing from Telver.
Telver rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Telver takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Mojaus drops his shoulder and cracks Telver with a huge uppercut! Telver goes down! Can Mojaus finish him?

Mojaus seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Telver is still in real trouble! Can Mojaus finish him?
Mojaus passes Telver's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Telver seems to have recovered his senses.

Telver really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mojaus. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mojaus is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Mojaus takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Telver is trying to escape the mount.

A punch lands to the side of Telver 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Mojaus misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Telver takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mojaus lands an overhand right.
Mojaus drops Telver with a big left hand! Telver is injured, injured bad! Mojaus jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
