The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blais tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Wainui cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Wainui throws a jab when Blais was well out of range. Blais tries to clinch up enabling Wainui to counter with a crisp jab. Blais takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Blais moves forwards but Wainui connects with a nice, crisp jab. Blais closes the distance looking to clinch and Wainui counters with a right hand to the body. Wainui is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Blais tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Wainui connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wainui has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Blais tries to clinch and Wainui counters with a lovely shot to the body. Wainui misses with a looping left. Blais closes the distance looking to clinch and Wainui counters with a series of strikes. Blais will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wainui getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Wainui darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Blais moves to clinch but Wainui breaks away and Wainui counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Blais thinking. Wainui connects with a body shot. Blais takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Blais walks into a left hand.
Blais is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Blais leaves his chin hanging out and Wainui seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Blais crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crug tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Miles lands a lovely overhand right. Miles shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Crug manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Crug being controlled here, momentarily. Miles scoring with punches to the head and body. Miles working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Miles slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Miles lands a couple of decent looking shots. Miles pushing down on Crug's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Miles is looking for a kimura here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Miles cracks Crug with a big right hand but Crug just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Miles lands some shots froms side control. Miles tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Miles lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Crug down.
Miles controls the position. Miles landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. You can see the frustration on Crug's face as Miles controls the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miles working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Miles lands a nice forearm strike. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Miles wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Crug, who protects the arm well. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Miles passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Crug! Miles takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miles unloading with bombs! Crug working to try and regain half guard.
Crug taking shots to the head. Miles postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Crug looks a forlorn figure.
Miles lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Crug has left one of his arms exposed and Miles doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Crug screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice defenses there by Sol. Sol with a poor takedown and Sol takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sol looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Banks is pressing down on Sol's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Banks manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
BOOM! Banks connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's one minute gone in the round. Banks with a couple of short strikes. Banks unloading with bombs! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Banks cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Sol is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sol is bucking up trying to escape but Banks cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Banks raining down hammerfists from mount. Banks fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Oh Sol is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! A big strike lands for Banks! That's really hurt Sol and he's turned his back - Banks keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Banks jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Drake's waist but Drake gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hunt off to one side. A slow jab from Drake misses its intended target. A looping hook to the body misses from Drake. Hunt does a little dance to reset his feet. Drake swinging wildly here.
Drake scores with a spinning back kick! Hunt moves out of range as Drake throws a body kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Drake tries to bench press Hunt off him but Hunt keeps the position. The strikes coming from Hunt are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Drake is looking to reverse the position. Hunt cracks Drake with a big elbow. Drake regains half guard. Drake is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hunt moves into full mount! Drake won't be happy about that! Hunt looking to ground and pound but Drake is blocking nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hunt wants to control the pace but Drake is squirming around nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hunt prevents Drake from getting the reversal. Hunt avoids the attempt from Drake to control. Hunt raining down hammerfists from mount. Hunt throws some wild stikes that Drake manages to avoid easily.

Drake manages to regain half guard. Good work. Drake is staying active underneath Hunt, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Hunt trying to pass the guard but Drake defending well. Hunt seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Drake does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Drake trying to control but Hunt postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hunt wants to pass to mount but Drake is defending the position. Drake is in trouble now - Hunt has advanced to mount! Hunt controlling his opponent. Drake regains half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Drake is looking to control Hunt's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Drake avoid being mounted? Well, if Hunt is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Drake lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hunt circles away quickly and effectively. Hunt misses with a looping right. Drake is looking to wear down Hunt with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Drake defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hunt. Drake scores with a nice strike. Hunt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Drake.
Nick Drake is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Hunt counters with a lovely straight right hand! Drake walks into a stiff left hand from Hunt. Drake fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hunt manages to avoid it. Hunt throws a lazy uppercut
and Drake counters with a good low kick that Hunt was not able to check. Hunt throws an off balance right hand
and Drake counters with a nice body shot. Hunt takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hunt shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Drake's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Drake controls Hunt momentarily but Hunt frees himself. Drake seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drake is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Hunt is trying to control but can't.

Drake is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Drake is nestled in close to Hunt, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Drake trying to pass the guard but Hunt defending well. Hunt is trying to get back to full guard. Drake will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Drake seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hunt is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Drake's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Drake's back! Drake just trying to survive but Hunt is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Hunt throws a series of strikes and Drake wriggles onto his back, so he's now mounted. He's in real trouble here. Drake tries to hold on but Hunt postures up. Nick Drake has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mike Hunt is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Drake is working to get back to half guard.
Drake sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
And that's the end of the fight! Nick Drake showed his dominance in that final round. I think Hunt has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Sharp escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bolten gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Sharp can't keep his opponent in guard - Bolten advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Bolten is working for a kimura but Sharp is defending it quite comfortably.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scott fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Laia looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Scott throws a lazy uppercut
and Laia counters with a lovely straight right hand! Scott takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Laia throws a front kick aimed at Scott's knee but Scott avoids it well. Scott with a nice cross. Scott waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Laia. Laia misses with a body kick. Laia misses with a leg kick and Scott counters with a lovely straight right hand! Laia closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Scott did well to prevent Laia getting side control. Laia throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Scott wants to get back to full guard.
