Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dogg lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Brent Mcneil has been cut.
Mcneil slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Mcneil escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Dogg throws a solid leg kick but Mcneil takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dogg.

Mcneil is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dogg.

Dogg closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Dogg is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
