I think Cheeseburger might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 2 Pac - Hail Mary. Kazuri Sakuraba is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazuri Sakuraba! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sakuraba has a takedown stuffed. Cheeseburger shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sakuraba's guard. Sakuraba bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cheeseburger's guard. Sakuraba lands a couple of elbows. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Cheeseburger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Sakuraba tries to get to full guard but Cheeseburger has control of the leg. Cheeseburger drops an elbow to the side of Sakuraba's head. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cheeseburger lands a nice short elbow. Sakuraba is refusing to be controlled, as Cheeseburger sits in half guard. Let's see if Cheeseburger can do anything to dispel that myth. Cheeseburger is looking to take a break and control but Sakuraba is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cheeseburger sprawls well initially but Sakuraba persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Sakuraba slips a nice elbow through Cheeseburger's hands, connecting with Cheeseburger's forehead. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sakuraba prevents Cheeseburger from improving his position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sakuraba scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Sakuraba landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

He's bucked Cheeseburger off and has taken his back! Jimmy Cheeseburger overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sakuraba is punishing Cheeseburger with strikes - can he finish him?! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cheeseburger trying to get back to his feet but Sakuraba is in full control for now. Hatoky trying to control the position from guard on top but Taganaki is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hatoky slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Hatoky is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Taganaki is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. Hatoky will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hatoky in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. That was a close round but I would say that James Krom will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Akira Kanehara's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Krom has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Kanehara closes the distance and clinches up with Krom, looking for a takedown. Kanehara pushes Krom against the ropes but Krom circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kanehara just misses with a punch to the body.
