Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing. Johnson drops Stallworth with a beautiful combination! Stallworth stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Johnson is looking for the KO!

It looks like Chaz Stallworth has been cut. Johnson throws an uppercut from hell that sends Stallworth clean off his feet! He's out cold! Johnson stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

I think dos Diabos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Festivo - Zatoichi OST. Bull has chosen Let The Bodies Hit The Floor as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richards tries to bum rush McGraw with a series of wild strikes but McGraw uses good footwork to avoid the assault. McGraw moves in looking to clinch but Richards pushes him off. McGraw fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McGraw feints and as Richards raises his hands in defense, McGraw changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. McGraw trying to control but Richards is working from the bottom. McGraw pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Richards is keeping the position for now. Richards is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. McGraw is pressing down on Richards's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Richards trying to control the position from guard on top but McGraw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Richards looking to pass the guard. Richards trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Richards content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McGraw has his takedown stuffed and Richards counters with a double leg that slams his opponent to the canvas! McGraw is in trouble here! Richards pounds away until the ref steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gauthier gets the takedown into side control. Gomez struggling a bit here. Gomez is looking for a sweep. Gomez regains half guard. Gauthier slips a nice elbow through Gomez's hands, connecting with Gomez's forehead. Gauthier content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Gauthier is tying to control. Gomez wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Gauthier thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gomez's head. Gauthier tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Gomez. Gomez is trying to get back to full guard.

Gauthier seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gomez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Jeremy Seeland seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Horrible takedown by Seeland or perhaps it was just good defense by Hamilton which made him look bad. Smith throws a right and a left that both miss. The fight stays on the outside here - Hunt looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Smith pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hunt is keeping the position for now. Hunt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Smith. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Smith is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Hunt tries to strike from the bottom.

The fighters circling - Hunt throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Mike Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A punch combination from Smith misses. Smith bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Smith is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Long tries to clinch but Menga is having none of it. Long cracks Menga with an open hand slap.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Pace sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Pace tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Silva clinches up with Pace and pushes him back against the cage. Silva trying to stall but Pace improves his position.

Silva lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Silva connects with a knee to the head.

Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard. Silva wriggles free and stands up. Pace changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. This has been an exciting period of action! Pace working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Silva is trying to stand up here but Pace is controlling him well. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Silva looks gassed! Silva looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Pace lands strikes from half guard. Pace is trying for a kimura here. Silva looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rodey looks to score with a jab to the body but Chase is just out of range. Chase looks for a takedown but Rodey sprawls well. Rodey lets loose with a powerful body kick. Chase will feel that in the morning. Chase tries for a takedown but Rodey sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Rodey fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Chase misses with a takedown attempt - Rodey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sean Rodey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Chase. Rodey moves into the clinch successfully.
Chase blocks an elbow strike. Rodey lands a knee to the body.
Chase looks gassed! Rodey breaks the clinch.
Rodey scores with a spinning back kick! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rodey cracks Chase with a big right hand and Chase goes down!

Can Rodey finish him? Rodey preventing the sweep. Chase seems to have recovered his senses. Rodey looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Rodey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Chase.

Chase drops down looking for an ankle pick but Rodey pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rodey rushes Chase and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Chase has Rodey pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Rodey manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Rodey gets underhooks to prevent Chase's takedown attempt.

No, Rodey has managed to free his arm - good work. Rodey regains full guard. Nicely done. Chase thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Chase is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Chase slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Chase looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Chase tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Chase wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rodey, who protects the arm well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chase working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rodey has Chase pulled in close to control his posture. Chase is pushing down on Rodey's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rodey is fighting to maintain full guard but Chase has managed to sneak the leg through. Chase is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Rodey has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chase works his foot free and advances to mount. Rodey wants to control but Chase is having none of it. Chase pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Chase goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Rodey is on top in guard.
Chase is breathing heavily. Rodey sitting in guard, not really doing much. Rodey's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Rodey wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Rodey has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Chase looking to pass the guard. Chase drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Chase as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Rodey screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Chase! Nice submission victory there!
