Undercard bout

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noah CD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guy Butler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guy Butler told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
CD tries to clinch but Butler moves out of range.

Butler instigates a clinch.
CD wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Butler has him pressed against the cage.

CD breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from CD lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Butler has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Butler and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Oooh a lovely combination from Butler sends CD down but not out. Butler dives into side control looking to finish.

Butler is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. CD knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

CD uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Butler.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tomasito Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Semmy Aerts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aerts has chosen Kubus and Bang Bang as his entrance music. Tomasito Gonzalez had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Booth feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Foster has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Rolla is really squeezing tight and eventually Foster passes out! I think Dante might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dont Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult. Combs has chosen All About The Benjamins as his entrance music. Everett Dante had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Sean Combs enters the cage!
