The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marcos throws the kick towards the body but Endo avoids it. Endo looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! The fight moves into the clinch position. Marcos manages to break the clinch.
Endo shoots in for a takedown but Marcos shows good takedown defense. Endo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marcos's waist but Marcos gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Endo off to one side. Endo on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Marcos cracks Endo with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Endo tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Marcos pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Endo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Smith goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Geerts is on top in guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab by Spackman.
It looks like Brian Baumgardner has been cut. Spackman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Spackman throws a right hand that Baumgardner ducks under and follows up with a left that Baumgardner also avoids with ease. Baumgardner misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Baumgardner drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Baumgardner working the ground and pound but Spackman is defending the strikes. Spackman is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Baumgardner asserts his dominance and retains side control. Baumgardner works to advance to full mount. Spackman defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Baumgardner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Spackman trying desperately to get to his feet.

Spackman is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Baumgardner is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
